XAT 2018 APPLICATION & REGISTRATION
NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE TEST
XAT 2018 Application Form will be available from the 3rd week of August until December 2017. Registration process is the first step for successful application to XAT.
XAT is conducted on a national level to provide admission to eligible candidates into management programs in B-schools across India. The exam is also conducted in 2 international cities viz., Dubai and Katmandu, where candidates can appear for the exam.
The following table states the start date for registration and other events related to XAT:

The basic eligibility required to apply for XAT 2018 is that one should have a minimum of 3 years’ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Final year students completing their exam by June 10, 2018, is also eligible to apply for Human Resource Management and Business Management programs.

For Applying to XAT 2018, candidates need to first complete the registration process on www.xatonline.net using their personal e-mail id. They are then provided with a XAT ID and a registration link. The registration link is used to fill up the form. Candidates have to click on the link and create their own password.
Candidates have to log in again with their XAT ID and password and open the form and follow the steps mentioned below:

There are three possible modes in which payment can be processed:

Note: Applicant paying through Mode 2 & 3 should update the payment details on the registration page so that there is no delay.
Fee Structure for candidates appearing in XAT 2018 and XLRI with late fee after the last date is mentioned below. Candidates will be notified of the last date of payment but in case they have not paid, an extra amount has to be made along with the submission. XLRI has 4 courses in it and for each course, it is charged INR 300 without late fee.

Candidates will have to keep few documents and information ready before registering for XAT 2018. The details are:
An email id is the most important detail to be entered in the registration form. All important information will be sent to a candidate through e-mail ID only. If applying for XLRI every candidate would require the e-mail id to log in.
** Application can be rejected if the quality is not good and the above rules are not followed.
** Editing or Resizing of the photograph and signature must be done properly.
Candidates can check their application form status by logging in using registration ID and password. It will display the message ‘Registration process Successful’ or ‘Registration Process Incomplete’. Incomplete application forms will be rejected if the necessary corrections are not made or if the form is incomplete in any manner.
For any kind of correction in the application form, candidates can go to the contact us tab on the official website. A form will be displayed which has to be filled. Mention all the details required and in the message body mention your correction details. Email, name and other details should be same as they were entered during registration. A priority list is also given so that high priority corrections can be made first.
If one does not receive registration number and password, they must check the spam/junk folder. If the mail still cannot be located, contact firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your mail ID. Candidates can also call the helpline number: 1800 300 20677 between 9 AM to 8 PM.
