UPES DAT 2017 ADMIT CARD
NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE/OFFLINE TEST
The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies Design Aptitude Test (UPESDAT 2017) will be conducted in online mode for admission into Master of Design program on 19th-20th January and into Bachelor of Design (B.Des) on 12th-15th April, 2017. The Admit card will be available for downloading from 5th April - 11th April and 11th – 18th January respectively from the official website www.upes.ac.in. However, the notification for subsequent rounds after the Online test will be intimated separately so you must constantly check your UPES account for all important updates related to the Admission process.

The Candidates are required to navigate to the UPES official website wherein their valid credentials such as Application number, Date of Birth, Email and Password can be used to login and download their admit card for the examination.
The Admit card needs to be downloaded by filling in the following credentials in text fields as required on the official UPES website:
Step 1: Login to www.upes.ac.in with Email ID and Password. In case you have forgotten the password, click on ‘Forgot your Password’ and fill out the form that will require your Email ID. You can then retrieve your Password from your Email inbox:

You must bring the following documents positively on the day of the Examination since any defaulter will not be entertained and duplicate documents will not be issued at the time of Examination. It would be highly advisable that you laminate your Admit Card so that it’s in a good condition throughout your Application and Admission process.

At the time of filling up the Application form, each applicant is given the choice of filling three preferences for Exam Center city. On consolidating the data, UPES decides which cities will be holding the exam and accordingly the applicants are allotted their respective exam centers. When it comes to appearing for competitive examinations, you must do the right things at the right time in order to succeed and gain admission in college of your choice

|Carry water bottle so that you’re not dehydrated|
|Carry a watch to time yourself although since it’s a computer-based test there will be a timer|
|Be co-operative with the Exam center authority and staff|
|Report to the medical room facility at the exam center in case you’re not keeping well|

Ans. If you have lost your password, then complete the necessary “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD” steps on the candidate login page and retrieve the same. The admit card, in no case whatsoever, is sent to any candidate by post.
Ans. No, duplicate Admit cards are not issued. Make sure you do not lose it and you keep it in a suitable condition (preferably laminated) throughout the application and admission process.
