TS PGECET 2018 APPLICATION & REGISTRATION
STATE LEVEL ONLINE TEST
TS PGECET 2018 Application Form will be available in online mode in the month of March 2018. The application forms are filled for admission to the post graduate engineering program across the colleges in the state. TS PGECET application form can only be filled in online mode at home or at TS/AP help center after the payment of application fee. TS PGECET application fee is INR 800 for all students. Candidates of reserved category only have to pay an amount of INR 400.
The fine of late submission will be applied from second week of May 2018. Minimum fine of INR 500 will be collected and it can go up to INR 10000 if the form is submitted at the end of May 2018.
GATE qualified students have to fill TS PGECET 2018 Application Form, however, they are not required to appear for TS PGECET exam. They will be invited to attend counselling once the exam is over.

TS PGECET eligibility is defined in the admission brochure. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
There is no upper age limit or lower age limit defined for admission to M. Tech program.
Candidate must be an Indian national and must be a resident of the state of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. The domicile must be furnished at the time of counselling process to ensure the nativity details. 85% seats are reserved for the local candidates. 15% seats are available for other students, who have citizenship of India.
The qualifying examination (B.E./B.Tech) must be cleared with a minimum percentage of 50% marks. Candidates of reserved category need to secure only 45% marks.
The application form can be filled in the online mode only. It has a simple 4 step process as defined below:
The application fee is INR 800. If the application form is completed and submitted with all the details before the first week of May 2018 then no fine has to be paid. With the increase in delay period more fee has to be paid with the additional fine.
Payment of fee through AP/TS online center:

The candidate has to upload a scanned copy of a recent passport size photograph and signature. The same must be matching the criteria defined. The steps are as follows:

The images must confirm to the details specified above else they will not be accepted by the portal. Make sure that the pixels are not distorted.
Candidate must preview the entire application form, the form can be checked in the preview mode and after ensuring that all the information is correct, one must hit the final submit button. Any information found incorrect later cannot be edited. Be slow with this step.

TS PGECET gives provision to correct the incorrect information entered at the time of submitting the application form. The correct details can be sent at TS PGECET office or can be mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact 040-27097124. This will be a slow process of information correction. The students must thus, be slow with the last step of final submission of the application form. Candidate must preview the entire application form in one go before hitting the final submit button. This ensures that all the information has been checked.
Ques. Can I fill TS PGECET application form offline?
Ans. No, you can fill the application form in the online mode only. The offline provision has been completely removed from the system of admission.
Ques. How will I know that the application form has been released?
Ans. Keep checking the official website regularly
Ques. Do I have to upload my caste certificate online?
Ans. No, you do not have to upload the scanned copy of the document. Just carry the copy of the same in the examination center. This will be checked the test center.
Ques. Do I have to mail the application form at University address?
Ans. No, you take a print out of the completely filled application form and keep it for future reference.
Ques. How, can I check the status of my application?
Ans. A notification will be sent on the registered email id and phone number.
