NIMCET 2018 Admit Card

NIMCET 2018 Admit Card will be released via online mode in the second week of May 2018.

  • NIT Durgapur issues NIMCET admit card which is the most important document for appearing in the exam.
  • Candidates can download NIMCET 2018 admit card by logging in to their account on official website through their registered e-mail id and password.
  • NIMCET admit card 2018 is available only for those candidates who have successfully filled NIMCET 2018 application form.
  • NIMCET 2018 Admit Card consists candidate’s name, roll number, photo & signature, test date and time etc.
  • NIMCET 2018 Admit card will be made available approx. 15 days prior to the exam.

NIMCET 2018 Admit Card Dates

NIMCET 2018 is being conducted in May 2018. The application process for the same will be started from February 2018. NIMCET 2018 Admit cards can be downloaded from First week of May 2018. The table below indicates all important dates regarding NIMCET 2018:

How to Download NIMCET 2018 Admit Card?

NIMCET 2018 Admit Card 2018 will be released via online mode only in the First week of May 2018. Candidates can download the admit card by visiting official website of NIMCET and using their registered email id and password generated at the time of NIMCET registration 2018. Candidates must follow these steps to download NIMCET 2018 Admit Card:

  • Visit the official website of NIMCET
  • After visiting the website, click on "Existing User" tab.
  • Candidates must enter their email Id and password in required spaces.
  • On entering the login details, candidate’s profile page will open. Now look for the link to download NIMCET 2018 Admit Card there and click on the same.
  • Last step is to download and take the print out of NIMCET admit card 2018.

After downloading the admit card, candidates must check whether the information provided are correct or not. Candidates should take more than one print out of the admit card. The hard copy of admit card will not be sent to candidates by any means. NIMCET 2018 Admit Card is an important document for the students to carry at the time of test and at the time of the selection procedure. Hence, the applicants are advised to preserve NIMCET 2018 admit card carefully till the admission process of NIMCET 2018 is over. 

Details on Admit Card

NIMCET 2018 Admit Card contains important details like test timing, candidate’s roll number, test centres details etc. After downloading the admit card, candidates must verify all the details furnished on it. The following details are mentioned on NIMCET 2018 admit card:

  • Name of candidate
  • NIMCET 2018 Roll number of candidate
  • Photograph and Signature of candidate
  • Date and Time of test
  • Test Centre Address
  • Important Instructions followed by candidate on exam day.

Above information should be verified by candidate carefully and in case of any discrepancy on NIMCET 2018 Admit Card, the same must be brought to the notice of exam officials immediately.


Documents Required with Admit Card

Candidate should carry at least one original (not photo copy) and valid photo ID along with NIMCET 2018 admit card on exam day. The name of candidate on the photo ID must match to the name as entered in NIMCET 2018 application form. The following Photo ID’s will be accepted–

  • Passport
  • Driver license
  • Voter ID Card
  • PAN Card
  • UID card or a notarized Affidavit with photo, signature, DoB and residential address (in English)
  • ST/SC candidates are required to bring valid caste certificate in original and photocopy (attested)
  • Physically Disabled candidates are required to bring valid Disability certification in Original and photocopy attested.

Photocopies of the original will not be accepted and candidates will not be permitted to take the test if photo ID is not available.


NIMCET 2018 Exam Centres

NIT will be conducting NIMCET 2018 across 11 major cities of India. The details of the exam centre will be printed on NIMCET 2018 Admit Card. Candidates can fill their exam centre preferences while filling the application form. Candidates are advises to reach the exam centre at least an hour before exam time. Discrepancy in NIMCET 2018 Admit Card

If there is any discrepancy in the details furnished on NIMCET 2018 Admit Card or you are facing any problem in downloading the admit card, you should contact NIMCET Customer Care Support through email from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. They should also mention their application details and e-receipt as a proof of successful registration.

Exam Day Instructions

Candidates are advised to read the instructions mentioned on the back of admit card. Candidates must follow the test instructions mentioned on the admit card. Following are some important instructions for candidates on exam day:

  • Candidates must carry their NIMCET 2018 Admit Card and photo ID proof at the test centre
  • This will be mentioned on the admit card that one hour and thirty minutes prior to the test time is advisable to reach there. As the test beginning at 9.30 am, you must reach the test centre not later than 8:00 AM.
  • Candidates must carry their stationary along with them, as the same will not be provided 
  • Candidates will not be permitted to bring any personal items to the test centre, including any gadget like wrist-watch, cell phones, calculators, etc.
  • Even if someone completes the exam before the scheduled end time, he/she will not be allowed to leave the exam hall. You can leave the exam hall only after the scheduled three hours of exam are over.
