NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE TEST
IBPS Clerk 2016 is organised to be conducted on four dates i.e. November 16 & 27, 2016, December 3 & 4, 2016. Candidates can download the IBPS Clerk Admit card from the official website.
The IBPS Clerk examination will be conducted in two stages i.e. IBPS Prelims and Mains. The Prelims examination of IBPS Clerk is divided into three sections named as General English, Numerical Ability, and Logical Reasoning. Whereas, the Main examination of IBPS Clerk exam pattern comprises 5 sections such as General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness and Computer Awareness.
To start with the preparation of IBPS Clerk candidates need to first understand the examination pattern and study sources. This exam is not easy to crack so candidates are advised to work very hard to secure good marks in the examination. Following is the explanation of preparation tips for IBPS Clerk examination.
Lakhs of the students give IBPS Clerk examination every year but only those will be able to crack the examination who prepare well for it. The Prelims IBPS Clerk examination is comprised of 3 sections and Time duration to complete the Prelims examination is 1 hour.

For better preparation of the examination revision is the necessary part. Candidate should revise all the topics but they should remember quantitative aptitude formulas, banking awareness fact and rules for reasoning ability. So, revision helps the candidate to secure good marks in the examination.
Success comes with the utilization of time in a correct way. So students should manage their time of revision efficiently. Candidates need to give time for each section because it is mandatory to qualify all the sections. Candidates should start to revise English section first because it will take less time. After completing English section candidates should choose their section accordingly.
Candidates can only secure good marks if they solve questions with accuracy. For that candidates should avoid guessing answers. In the IBPS Clerk Prelims, candidates should attempt only those questions in which they feel confident.
Avoid New Topics
Candidates are advised not to start revising new topics at the last moment of examination because it can ruin candidate’s whole preparation strategy. So, instead of preparing new topics candidates should revise old ones as much as they can.
Speed is what all matters for attempting all the questions and securing good marks. So, candidates can increase their speed of solving questions by practising previous year papers and mock tests.

IBPS Syllabus and Exam Pattern
The examination is conducted in two stages i.e. Prelims and Mains. The Prelim examination is comprised of 100 questions of 1 mark each divided into 3 sections. On the other hand, Mains examination is comprises 200 questions of 1 mark each divided into 5 sections. 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
