National Eligibility cum Entrance Test,NEET 2016 is announced for admission to Medical/Dental Colleges run with the approval of Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India.

This year the exam was conducted on July 24,2016 in the morning session from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM in one seating with questions from different sections of Physics,Chemistry,Botany and Zoology.READ MORE ABOUT NEET 2016 Exam Date
The majority of questions asked were of easy level and candidates with average preparation could ace all the questions.
Questions asked in Physics were of moderate and easy level.Only 6 problems out of 45 were difficult and required substantial time to get solved.The remaining 39-40 questions were distributed evenly among the easy topics ranging from sections such as Mechanics,Thermal Physics and Optics.

Out of 45 questions, 19 questions asked were from standard XI and 23 questions were from standard XII,so candidates were expected to write the test with a balanced study plan.

Total of 45 questions asked in NEET 2016 Chemistry were divided evenly in between XI & XII with 23 questions from XII Standard and 22 questions from XI Standard.Candidates were expected to prepare in a balanced fashion that included a healthy share of topics from XII and XI.

The most important section of any medical entrance exam,Biology is the deciding key of NEET 2016.In case of tie breaker,candidates with better scores in NEET 2016 Biology is preferred over others.
The question paper of Biology was divided into two sections,Botany & Zoology.There were 60 problems from Botany which ranged from 19 questions from standard XII and rest of the questions from standard XII.
