NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE TEST
GPAT conducted by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) has released the merit list of students who were successful in the exam held on January 28 and 29, 2017. Candidates who are qualified GPAT exam can check their result on the official website of GPAT. The GPAT result 2017/merit list mentions section-wise marks and overall marks for computer based test.
Candidates need minimum 113 qualifying score out of 500 to crack GPAT 2017. There is relaxation for reserved candidates, reserved candidates need 82 qualifying score out of 500 to qualify GPAT 2017. If more than one candidate will get same score, then both the candidates will get same rank.
GPAT 2017 has been topped with 100 percentiles (overall score: 216). The one who stood second, has also scored 100 percentiles (overall score: 255).
Four other candidates have scored 99.99 percentile (overall) and have found their place in top 10.

GPAT result has been announced on February 7, 2017 by AICTE on the official website. Follow these simple steps to check GPAT result. After the declaration of GPAT result, shortlisted candidates will go for next procedure i.e. GPAT Counselling.
1. Go to the official website of GPAT. http://www.aicte-gpat.in/Home/Index_New.aspx
2. Click on the “All India Merit List”
3. The GPAT 2017 Merit List appears on the screen.
4. Download the GPAT 2017 Merit list to your system.
5. Keep a printout of the same for future reference.
GPAT 2017 score card will released on February 9, 2017. Candidates can download their score cards on the official website of GPAT. GPAT score card is valid till one year only from the announcement date of result.

GPAT 2016 Cut off is the minimum required marks which a candidate has to secure to be able to qualify the GPAT Exam. All the institutes participating in GPAT will release their own cutoff lists. Candidates can then proceed for the admission. Given below is the category wise cut off of GPAT 2016:

Know More About GPAT 2017 Cutoff
GPAT 2017 result was announced on February 7, 2017. The candidates scoring minimum qualifying marks will called for GPAT 2017 counselling. It is expected to be held in the second week of May, 2017. Counselling is conducted for the qualified students to confirm and lock the college of their choice where they desire to get admission.
During the GPAT 2017 Counselling, a candidate is supposed to carry a certain set of documents that are required while reporting for counselling. He/she needs to show these documents for the purpose of verification during the GPAT 2017 counselling. In case the candidate fails to provide all the required documents, he/she would be debarred from taking part in the GPAT 2017 Counselling session and can lose his/her candidature. The allotment of seats is done solely on the basis of GPAT 2017 merit list and GPAT Result. Given below is the list of required documents during the GPAT 2017 Counselling:
A merit list will be formed on the basis of the marks scored by the students in the qualifying exam. The candidates will get admission in top colleges according to their rank on the merit list.
