NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE TEST
NPAT 2018 Exam Pattern will vary with the question paper sets for the exam to be held in 2 shifts; shift 1 on May 12, 2018 and shift 2 on May 13, 2018. There will be 2 Papers in each shift. Paper 1 is common test and Paper 2 is especially for design subject (only for B.Des Program).
NPAT (National test for Programmes after Twelfth) is a common entrance exam conducted and managed by Mumbai campus of SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. Admission to under graduate and integrated degree Program in all campuses of the university is given.
NPAT 2018 Exam will be online exam to be conducted in 2 shifts in 2 days. Each Shift consists of 2 papers; one is common for all candidates and another is for applicants applying for B.Des. Program. All questions are objective type multiple choice questions and total marks for Paper-1 are 120 marks and for Paper-1, it is 60 marks.

NPAT 2018 Exam Pattern is conducted to test reasoning, analytical, general intelligence and command over English Language. Weightage is given to questions topic-wise under each subject.
For every section, a specific time limit is set which will be indicated by a clock on computer test screen. The clock will be set at the server and countdown timer in the top right corner of screen will display the remaining time available for completing NPAT 2018 exam. When the timer reaches zero, NPAT 2018 exam will over by itself. Applicant will not be required to end or submit NPAT 2018 examination.
Paper 1 is common for all applicants. It consists of Multiple Choice Questions and there is no negative marking.

NPAT 2018 Syllabus is based on 10+2 standard. Considering different backgrounds of applicants, syllabus is constructed involving subjects and topics which are widely and commonly understandable and approachable with common sense and general intelligence.
