There is a good news for management aspirants, who are aspiring for MAT 2016 September attempt. The candidates can apply online for the registration of MAT exam till August 31, 2016. However, the last date to acquire MAT application form, from AIMA (All India Management Association) got over on August 23, 2016. MAT exam is conducted four times in a year, namely, May, September, December and February. Aspirants can register for MAT September attempt, which will take place on September 4 (paper-based exam) and September 10 (Computer based exam).
Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is conducted by All India Management Association for admission into MBAas well as other management related programs in Management Institutes across India.
For September attempt of MAT, Candidates can apply only for online mode till August 31st. However, for other options the dates are not extended. Aspirants, who haven’t applied for MAT exam, are still left with few days so that they can’t miss out on their September attempt for MAT 2016.
MAT September 2016 will be the first exam for MBA and other PGDM admissions for the academic year 2017. MAT Admissions for academic year 2017 will take place through MAT 2016 September exam score.
Registration fee for MAT September exam is INR 1200/- which is payable through following modes:
1. Credit Card/Debit Card
2. Net Banking
3. Crossed Demand Draft in favour of 'All India Management Association' payable at Delhi
MAT 2016 September Application Process
MAT application process is needed for the management aspirants for getting themselves registered for further proceedings to attempt MAT exam. Candidates have to apply for the MAT 2016 Application process. The details for registration (online and offline) for the candidates are provided below:
First and foremost, Candidate is required to visit www.aima.in
Then, an aspirant must open MAT Registration page.
Create login ID or login with existing one.
Candidate is required to fill all the details in application form.
Candidate can filter the choice of college in accordance to their preference and is required to fill the codes of 5 B-schools of your liking.
Then, management aspirant is asked to upload required image or take print out of form, paste photograph and sign on it and send it to AIMA along with Demand Draft of INR 1200/- in favor of All India Management Association payable at Delhi.
Another option for payment of MAT application fee is to make payment of INR 1200/- through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card.
Before submitting the application form, run a check.
Lastly, submit the form along with fee.

There is no use of going further with application process, if the required documents are not submitted at time. MAT Admit Card
When a candidate is done with the MAT registration process for September, an aspirant will be able to download MAT admit card from the official website of AIMA. MAT Admit cards are out now and candidates can download the same from the official website of AIMA.
The candidate requires MAT admit card at the time of MAT exam as it is considered as a hall ticket for entering the examination room.
How to download MAT Admit Card?
To download the admit card applicants are required to enter their name, application form number and Date of birth. MAT Admit card is an important document, which should be kept safely. If candidate forgets to take admit card to the exam hall or lose the admit card, candidate will not be granted permission to sit for the exam. So, it is advisable to keep MAT admit card handy, in order to avoid the chaos at the time of attempting MAT exam.
