A lot of complained about the dysfunctional computers where candidates were not able to view or mark the answers. Due to this problem, IIM Ahmedabad and Prometric had to conduct a retest for the affected candidates.
Glitch in the Year of 2010

In addition to this, few days prior to the result, some test takers claimed to have been able to check their results online before the official result declaration. Prof. Himanshu Rai, CAT 2010 Convenor and IIM Lucknow Professor ruled out chances of official website getting hacked and claimed that it must have been a live-testing which was getting run on the website and those candidates had chanced upon their score cards.
