If the candidates find any errors in the scanned images of their NEET Answer Key or OMR Sheet, they can challenge the same in the following manner:

The question paper will have 4 sets- A, B, C, D, P, Q, R, S, W, X, Y, Z. Thus, there will be 12 sets of the question paper. The number of answer keys released by CBSE will be equal to the number of NEET question papers. Candidates are advised to check previous years’ question papers for NEET to get a hang of the paper pattern.
It has come to CBSE’s notice that candidates make changes in the downloaded copies of their OMR Sheets and then claim that the CBSE has tampered with them. This act of false claim comes under Unfair Means and Practices in Rule 9.1 (p) and (r) of chapter 9 in the Information Bulletin. Such candidates will be barred from giving NEET in the future as per exam rules.
