MICAT 2018 Admit Card

MICAT 2018 Admit Card is expected to release in December 2018. It is issued by MICA Ahmedabad. Candidates who successfully fill MICAT 2018 Application Form will be able to download the admit card from the official website.

Here are some key points about MICAT 2018 admit card:

  • Candidates will be able to download the admit card for MICAT in online mode only.
  • It can be downloaded from the official website of MICAT i.e. www.mica.ac.in.
  • Candidates can download the admit card by providing the details of the application number & date of birth.
  • Students must then take a colored printout of the admit card, to avoid any confusion.
  • In the case of any discrepancy in the details mentioned in MICAT 2018 Admit Card, it must be reported to MICA immediately.

MICAT 2018 is scheduled to be conducted in December 2018. MICA Admissions Test (MICAT) is the online entrance test for MICA's flagship course Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Communications (PGDM-C). The programme focuses on Strategic Marketing and Communication.


How to Download MICAT 2018 Admit Card?

MICAT 2018 Admit Card can be downloaded from its official website. After downloading the admit card, the candidate would receive an e-mail on the registered email ID providing MICAT Admit Card in pdf format. The step-wise instruction to download MICAT 2018 hall ticket is given below:

  1. Open the official website of MICAT at www.mica.ac.in.
  2. Navigate to MICAT admit card link.
  3. Enter the required credentials i.e. MICA Registration ID, password and then final Submit the details.

  1. After successful login, MICAT 2018 admit card will appear on the screen.
  2. Download MICAT Admit Card and print multiple copies of the same to avoid any discrepancy at MICAT 2018 Exam Center.

Note: If any discrepancy is found in the details printed on the admit card, the candidates are required to report the same to MICA admission office.


Details on MICAT 2018 Admit Card

MICAT Admit Card contains the details of the applicant in order to verify their identity and thus avoid any malpractice during the examination. Besides, if any important information has been incorrectly mentioned in the MICAT 2018 Hall ticket, the candidate can approach the head office of MICA for such discrepancies. MICAT admit card will contain the following details:

  • Applicant’s Name
  • Applicant’s Roll No
  • Applicant’s Test Center No and its address
  • Date of examination
  • Test timings and duration

Discrepancy in MICAT Admit Card 2018

The applicants appearing in the MICAT 2018 must carry their hall ticket. Hence if the candidate has not received MICAT 2018 hall ticket they must immediately contact the Head Office of MICAat the following address.

The candidates can contact the same if any correction has to be made in their admit card. The candidates must keep in mind the following points in such a situation.

1. The candidates must make the enquiry before MICAT 2018 examination date.

2. The applicants must carry a proof of submission of MICAT 2018 Application form to the office.


MICAT 2018 Test Centers

MICAT 2018 Test Instructions 

The candidates should go through the below listed instructions before appearing in MICAT 2018 Computer Based Test.

  • Click any one of the answer option buttons to select your answer.
  • To change an answer, simply click the desired option button.
  • Click on the 'Clear Response' button to deselect a chosen answer.
  • Click on the 'Save & Next' button to save the answer before moving to the next question. The next question will be displayed automatically.
  • Click on the 'Save & Review' button to save your answer and review it at a later stage. If you do not return to this question at a later stage, this answer will be considered for evaluation.
  • There will be no review facility for the Psychometric Section.
  • Click on 'Mark for Review & Next' button without selecting an answer to review a question at a later stage. This will cause the next question to be displayed on the screen.
  • Make sure you click on the 'Save & Next' button every time you want to save an answer.
  • If you desire to move to any other question, you can click on the question number pallete on the right side of the screen.
  • All answered questions which have been saved will be considered for calculating the candidate's final score.
  • DO NOT click on the 'Submit Exam' button unless you have completed the exam. You will receive two warnings in total.
  • If you close the exam window by mistake, you will be able to resume the exam. However, the number of minutes between when you close the window and log in again will be deducted from your total allotted time. Candidates will not be given any additional time.

Barred Items at Exam Center 

The candidates will be subjected to extensive and compulsory frisking before entering the examination center with the help of highly sensitive metal detectors. They are not allowed to carry the following items inside the examination center under any circumstances.

  • Any stationery such as textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, geometry/pencil box, calculator, pen, scale, pen drives, eraser, calculator, log table, etc.
  • Any communication and electronic item such as device like cell phone, Bluetooth, earphones, microphone, watch, camera etc.
  • Other items like wallet, handbags, belt, cap etc.
  • Ornaments such as ring, bracelet, earrings, nose-pin, chain/necklace, pendants, etc.
  • Any metallic objects
  • Any edibles opened/packed, water bottle etc.
  • Any other item, which could be, used for unfair means, for hiding communication devices such as camera, bluetooth etc.

No arrangement will be made at the MICAT 2018 exam centers for safe keeping of any articles/items belonging to the candidates.

In case any candidate is found in possession of any of the barred items as listed above inside the center, it will be considered as use of unfair means and appropriate action will be taken against the candidate in accordance with the relevant provisions.
