MHT CET (DTE MAHARASHTRA) 2018 SEAT ALLOTMENT
STATE LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
MHTCET is a state level umbrella examination for admission to first year of programmes of Health Science and Technical courses for the academic year 2017-2018.
This year, MHT CET 2017 will be conducted on May 05, 2017. The Results will be declared on June 01, 2017. All the qualified candidates were invited for MHT CET 2017 Counselling followed by MHT CET 2017 Seat Allotment.
Candidates who are offered seats in Round III of Seat Allotment are required to visit the Admission Reporting Centre (ARC) for Centrallised Admission Process with all the requisite documents within stipulated time. Candidates who are allotted seats for the first time i.e in Round III are required to produce the original copy of mandatory documents along with requisite seat acceptance fee.
Candidates can choose to Freeze/Slide/Float the offered seats post MHT CET 2017 Seat Allotment. Frozen Seats are considered confirmed and such candidates are not allowed to participate in the following rounds of MHT CET 2017 Seat Allotment.
Candidates choosing to slide, accept the offered seat and indicate that, if admission to the academic program of higher preference is offered within the same Institution, they will accept it. Such Candidates will be considered in subsequent rounds of admission.
Candidates choosing to float, accept the offered seat and indicate that, if admission to an academic program of higher preference in any Institution is offered, they will accept it. Else, they will continue with the currently accepted academic program. Such Candidates will be considered in subsequent rounds of admission.
However candidates who are offered the first preference of their choices are not allowed to Slide/Float the offered seat.
Candidates who are offered seats are required to produce following documents at Admission Reporting Centres to support their claim for the allotted seats. Candidates without the mandatory documents will be rejected from the process.
Candidates who are allotted seats, are required to visit at the Admission Reporting Centres with all the mandatory documents within stipulated time. The Reporting Centres are responsible for documentation and verification of candidates’ identity and credentials. Candidates should attend the Seat Allotment Procedure at Reporting Centre in person to support their claim to the allotted seats.
There are a total of 111 Admission Reporting Centres assigned by Directorate of Technical Education and Health Sciences, Maharashtra for candidates’ ease and comfort. Preferably, Reporting Centre in vicinity of Candidates’ Test Venue will be appointed to the candidate.
No request regarding change of Admission Reporting Centre is entertained by MHTCET 2017 conducting authority. Candidates are advised to reach the Reporting Centre with all the mandatory documents well before in time.
