Kakatiya University Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (KU PGCET) is conducted for candidates seeking admission into various post graduate (PG), PG Diploma and five-year Integrated M.Sc courses at KU, constituent and affiliated colleges under the jurisdiction of KU and Satavahana University. KU PGCET will be a state level examination for admission into MA course in 9 disciplines, M.Sc course in 13 disciplines, Masters course in 4 disciplines, M.Com in 4 disciplines, PG diploma in 4 courses and five-year Integrated M.Sc course in 4 disciplines at KU. Also, candidates can seek admission into MA course in 5 disciplines, M.Com course in 2 disciplines and M.Sc course in 9 disciplines at Satavahana University, Karimnagar.

KU PGCET 2018 Counselling

Each candidate will be first required to fill a web counselling form, filling the choice of colleges in which candidate seeks admission, in order of preference. Subsequent to that, candidate will receive notification regarding counselling depending upon choice of colleges and rank obtained in KU PGCET 2018

  • Candidates have to fill counselling or option form for colleges, within the stipulated time period given by KU
  • For participating in counselling procedures, it is necessary for candidate to secure qualifying marks in entrance test as per cut off marks
  • Counseling process is organized across several rounds (usually three rounds)
