KERALA MCA 2017 APPLICATION & REGISTRATION
STATE LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
Kerala MCA 2017 Application Form will be available in August 2017. The exam will be held will be held in the month of September 2017 at selected venues in the state of Kerala. Kerala MCA Application Form will be available online through the official website of Kerala CEE. All the process is online i.e. candidates have to register for the exam, pay the application fees, upload documents and fill the application form through official website. Candidates are required to send the Application Form along with required documents via speed post.
Official notification to fill the Kerala MCA 2017 Application Form will be released in August 2017. The last date of filling the application form will also be in August 2017. Kerala MCA 2017 Admit Cards will be available on the official website soon after the end of the application process. Kerala MCA 2017 Entrance Examination will be conducted in September 2017.

Candidates should be aware of the eligibility criteria set by the conducting body of Kerala MCA 2017. Candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria to apply for the application form. The Eligibility Criteria of Kerala MCA 2017 is given below:
The application process for Kerala MCA 2017 will start from August 2017. The Common Entrance Examination for MCA program 2017 will be held in the month of September 2017.
Step 1: Visit the Official Website
Candidates are required to visit the Kerala MCA CEE Website- www.cee.kerala.gov.in and find the link ‘Online Application Form for MCA Course.’
Step 2: Registration
Click on the link "Candidate Registration" and fill in registration details. On completion of the same, candidates will receive their login ID and password.
STEP 3: Login
Candidates need to click on the Login tab and have to login by using their application number and password.
STEP 4: Fill the Application form
Candidates should fill all the details on the Application form accurately and carefully. Any discrepancy in the provided data can lead to rejection of the Application form.
Step 5: Upload Photo and Signature
Candidates need to upload their passport size Photo followed by signature. Photos should be between 15 kb to 30 kb in jpg format and having dimensions of 150 pixels (Width) X 200 pixels (Height)
Step 6: Final Submission
After verifying all the details candidates need to click on the "Submit" button to submit their online application.
Step 7:Take printouts
Candidates are required to take print out of the Application Formand other documents by clicking on the link ‘Print’.
Step 8: Affix Photograph
In the printout of filled in application form, it is necessary to affix a passport size photograph in the space provided (same as the one which has been uploaded), and get it attested by a gazetted officer.
Step 9: Pay Application Fee
Candidates are required to make payment of application fee in any branch of the State Bank of Travancore through printout of bank challan. Once payment is done, write the challan number, date of payment, fee amount, bank branch on the Application Form and put your signature below the declaration.
Candidates residing outside Kerala can pay the Application Fee through a Demand Draft drawn at a Nationalised Bank and it should be sent along with the print out of the application.

In case candidate forgets his password, it can be retrieved by following the following steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website and click Login.
Step 2: Click on Forget Password at the left side of the page. The following page will appear:
Step 3: Enter Application No., Method of OTP (One time password) delivery and Type the code.
Step 4: After entering the required details, submit them. Instructions to reset the password will be sent on the registered e-mail or through SMS.
Steps to retrieve Application Number
In case, candidate forgets his Application number, it can be retrieved by following the following steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website and click Login. Press ‘Forgot Application Number. The following page will appear on the screen:

Note: Candidates should fill these details accurately and name and date of birth should match with Class 10 certificate.
