AP PGECET Hall Ticket 2017

AP PGECET Hall Ticket 2017 is available from April 29, 2017. Andhra University, Visakhapatnam will issue the hall ticket at PGECET 2017 will be conducted online from May 10 to May 12, 2017.  

Candidates must present AP PGECET Hall Ticket at the exam center, to be able to sit for the exam. They should accompany it with a valid ID Proof. It will contain details about candidate’s roll number, duration, time and exam center of PGECET 2017 Andhra Pradesh. In case of any discrepancy, candidate should inform the authorities immediately. 

AP PGECET 2017 (Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test) is a state level exam conducted for admissions to PG program in engineering, technology, and pharmacy. Admissions are also granted on the basis of GATE or GPAT scores of the candidate. The AP PGECET Application Form 2017 is available online from March 06, 2017. A requisite fee is to be paid first in order to apply for the exam.

AP PGECET 2017 Exam Dates

AP PGECET Application Form 2017 without late fee can be submitted by April 06, 2017. But the final date with late fee is April 28, 2017.  Applicants can download their AP PGECET 2017 Hall Ticket from April 29, 2017 from the official website of AP PGECET. The exam is scheduled in May 2017. Check the proper schedule of PGECET 2017 AP from the table given below:

How to Download AP PGECET Hall Ticket 2017?

AP PGECET 2017 Hall Ticket is a mandatory document and candidates must ensure to preserve it carefully until the admission process is over. In case the candidate fails to produce the hall ticket on the exam day , he/she will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. Hence, students are advised to carry two copies of it along with a valid ID Proof on the exam day.

The Hall Ticket of PGECET 2017 will be released on AP PGECET Official Website from April 29. It must be noted that it will not be sent to individual candidates by post. The steps to download the hall ticket are as mentioned below:

  • Visit the website of AP PGECET 2017 and open the official link (It will be provided shortly). 
  • Provide the requisite details like your registration number and the test paper opted for in the application form.
  • Click on “Download” button to log into your account.
  • View and save the AP PGECET 2017 hall ticket in pdf format.

After downloading the hall ticket of AP PGECET 2017, candidates should recheck all the necessary information and ensure all the information must be correct. If there is any piece of information that does not match at the time of verification on the day of the exam, the applicants will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. AP PGECET 2017 Exam Centers

AP PGECET 2017 will be conducted in 12 cities. Candidates have to choose a single exam center as per their preference while filling AP PGECET Application Form 2017. The final AP PGECET Test Center allotted to the candidate is mentioned on the Hall Ticket of AP PGECET.

AP PGECET General Instructions

There are the important guidelines issued by examination authority. Candidates are suggested to read all the guidelines carefully.

  • Applicants must bring their AP PGECET Hall Ticket with a valid ID Proof, both in origional and a photocopy. The name on the ID proof must be exactly the same as mentioned on the ticket. Any one of these will serve as a valid ID proof – Aadhar card, Passport, College / School ID, Driver’s License and PAN card.
  • Applicants are required to be present in the examination hall 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam center, 30 minutes after exam has begun.
  • Candidates will be permitted to leave the exam hall only after completion of the examination.
  • Do not bring any item that is prohibited inside the test centre. Items such as Pencil, Eraser, Paper notes, Correction Fluid, Mobile, Calculator or any other electronic device are not allowed inside the hall. Study material, eatables, electronic gadgets, watch, mobile phones, calculators and other such items are not allowed inside the exam hall.
  • Do not indulge in unfair practices or make use of unfair means. Obey any directive issued by the invigilator. Failure to abide by the specified rules may result in cancellation of the student’s candidature.
