AP EAMCET 2018 Application Form

AP EAMCET 2018 Application Form will be available from the 1st week of February 2018. To fill the form, candidates have to visit the official website of AP EAMCET. The last date to submit online application will be in March 2018. There will be an option to make corrections in the form after registration concludes. An additional fee has to be paid to avail the facility. AP EAMCET 2018 Admit card will be released in the last week of April 2018.

Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test, commonly known as AP EAMCET is conducted by JNTU (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University). It is expected to be held in the last week of April or 1st week of May 2018. AP EAMCET 2018 is conducted for admission to agricultural and engineering courses offered by various colleges/ universities in Andhra Pradesh.

  • In 2017, 2.72 lakh registrations were received for AP EAMCET 2017. A total number of 1,93,469 students applied for engineering stream and 77,676 students applied for agriculture and pharmacy streams. On the other hand, a total number of 1,079 students applied for both engineering and agriculture streams.

Official dates will be released in December 2017 by APSCHE or JNTU. As per the previous trends, it is expected that the whole process will commence from February 2018. AP EAMCET Application Form will be available for filling in online mode. The last date for filling it will be in April 2018. AP EAMCET Application Fee

Application Fee for AP EAMCET 2018 varies as per candidate’s category and the course opted. The amount needs to be paid via online mode. Mentioned below are the modes of payment:

However, late registration comes at the cost of additional late registration fee (see table below). So, make sure you submit the application fee on time in order to avoid paying extra amount.

How to fill AP EAMCET Application Form 2018?

All the applicants are instructed to read the user guide before filling AP EAMCET Application Form 2018. The guide will be made available as soon as the official notification releases. It will consist all the instructions and screenshots involved while getting registered for AP EAMCET 2018.

Candidates satisfying the eligibility standards can then fill in the form. The whole process will be done via online mode. Mentioned below are main steps followed to complete the whole process:

AP EAMCET 2018 Application process

Stage 1: Visit the official website of APSCHE. Click on ‘AP EAMCET 2018’ Exam. After clicking it, an option to ‘Online Application’ will be there on top right tabs. Click on it and the following screenshot will appear.

Here, one has to complete the mentioned steps in the order displayed above.

Step 1- Fee Payment for AP EAMCET 2018

The first step in registration is to make required payment to access Application Form of AP EAMCET 2018. The fee varies as per the stream and candidate’s category. Click on Step 1 i.e. Fee Payment. After clicking on it, candidate will be redirected to a new screen. One needs to fill in their personal details- Candidate’s Name, DOB, Mobile No. etc.

AP EAMCET Application Form (Fee)

After filling in all the fields click on ‘Initiate Payment’ tab. Then you will be redirected to ‘BANK PAYMENT GATEWAY’. The mode of payment needs to be chosen for AP EAMCET Registration. Mentioned below are the modes:

Mode 1: AP Online/E-Seva/Mee-Seva Centres – Candidate opting for this mode is required to visit the nearest AP Online Center. The following information needs to be provided at the center:

  • Admit Card of Class XII Exam (CBSE, ICSE etc)
  • Candidate’s father name
  • Candidate’s DOB (Class X certificate)
  • Admit Card of Class X Examination
  • Mobile number
  • Stream appearing for- Engineering or Agriculture.

Note: Upon successful payment, candidates will receive the Registration fee payment receipt containing a Transaction ID from the payment center.

Mode 2: Credit Card/Debit Card Candidates opting this mode have to fill the mandatory details and make payment. Also, before that they are required to thoroughly go through instruction booklet and then make the payment. After successful payment, a Transaction ID will be generated on the screen. Candidates must note it down and then proceed with the “Application Form” filling process. Acceptable Debit/ Credit Cards are Mastercard/Visa/Maestro.

Note: Candidates should not refresh or press the back button while the payment is being processed.

The confirmation of successful payment of Registration Fee is shown with the “Transaction is successful” message in the below web page “Payment Status” along with Reference ID and Transaction Id.

Note: Preserve both the ID’s for future correspondence.

Step 2- Fill Details in AP EAMCET Form 2018

Candidates successfully paying application fee, one can then proceed to fill the form. Before getting access to it, 4 fields namely Transaction ID, Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket No., Mobile No. and DOB have to be filled. After that, click on ‘Proceed to Fill Application’. Candidates will then be redirected to a new webpage where they are required to fill all the fields. Mentioned below are the major fields:

Candidate Details:

If a candidate’s qualifying examination is Intermediate (Regular) or Intermediate (Vocational), then all the details like Candidate's Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name and Gender will be taken automatically from the existing Intermediate database

Note: Only if they have appeared or passed 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Under this subhead, candidate is required to enter their current or permanent address with the following fields:

Qualifying Examination:

The next field in the form is to provide information about the academic background. The following fields needs to be filled-

  • In total there are 3 options for qualifying examinations as mentioned below:
  1. Intermediate (Regular)
  2. Intermediate ( Vocational)
  3. RGUKT
  4. CBSE
  5. ICSE
  6. Diploma
  7. NIOS
  9. Others
  • Filling in SSC or Equivalent Hall Ticket No. and Year of Passing
  • Place of Study- fill in the district details, meaning from Class 6th to Intermediate 2nd year/ equivalent.

Details of Common Entrance Test

  • In this field, candidate is required to upload their scanned photograph and signature.
  • Also, needs to mention if they require Urdu Translator or not.
  • They need to mention the exam centers

Step 3: Download the Filled Application Form

After filling in all the information, candidates can then submit AP EAMCET 2018 Application Form. After submitting the form, save and download the final copy of the document. The filled in AP EAMCET 2018 Application Form will appear on the screen along with the registration number. Candidates have to click on the “Download Filled In Application Form” to download the form. Important Instructions and Guidelines

While filling AP EAMCET 2018 Application Form, there are few things that one should keep in mind before starting the process:

  • Category(SC, ST, or any other backward caste) and application number of the Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST only)

Document Specifications:

In particular, there are 2 major documents that need to be uploaded in the form. They are- candidate’s Photograph and signature. The specifications for the same is tabulated below:

Language Option

Candidates choosing the Medium of Instruction at Qualifying Exam as “URDU”, he / she can avail the facility of an URDU TRANSLATOR. But it is informed that they will be allotted ‘KURNOOL’ as the exam center of AP EAMCET 2018.

Test Center Preference

Candiates are suggested that they should fill the form as soon as possible. The reason being, AP EAMCET Exam Center will be allotted at first come first serve basis. At maximum, 3 choices can be made for preferred exam centers while filling the application form for EAMCET 2017.  

Retrieving Application Number and Password

Facility to get AP EAMCET Application Number or Password if Lost / Forgot is available Online. Candidates have to use “Forgot Registration Number” Link to Get AP EAMCET Registration Number if Lost. The process to Retrieve AP EAMCET 2018 Registration Number:

  • Open AP EAMCET 2018 Portal and Click on Forgot Registration Number Link
  • Enter Transaction ID: a). In Case of Payment is through Credit Card /Debit Card, enter the Reference ID; b). AP Online /TS Online /Through Payment Gateway has to enter Transaction ID
  • Enter Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket Number, SSC Hall Ticket Number
  • Press Submit Button
  • AP EAMCET 2018 Registration Number will be Displayed on Screen
  • View, Save, Print and Download AP EAMCET 2018 Registration Number

In case a candidate has forgotten his/her password, all he/she has to do is click on the link ”Forgot Password” and then enter his application number and email address, a link to change the password will be sent to candidates registered email address.

Check AP EAMCET Form Status

After the completion of AP EAMCET 2018 Application process candidates can track the status of their application by visiting the official website. AP EAMCET 2018 database is updated every 72 hours (3 days).

On the official website, there is link “Track Application Status” to check the status, candidates are required to enter his/her application form number and password and fill in CAPTCHA and then click “Track” or press Enter to obtain the status of his application.

As mentioned earlier, the database is updated in every 72 hours and if the candidate is unable to check the status of his application, he should try again later.

AP EAMCET 2018 Form Correction

Corrections in the application form of AP EAMCET 2018 can be made online only. However, candidates cannot change/correct everything in the online application form. These corrections can be done in the stipulated time window. These corrections will not be entertained in any form either at Regional Center or Test Centers or CONVENER, AP EAMCET 2018 office.
