AIIMS PG 2018 PATTERN & SYLLABUS
NATIONAL LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
All India Institutes of Medicals Science-Post Graduate Exam (AIIMS PG) is conducted by AIIMS, New Delhi. There will be approximately 162 number of seats with subject wise division in each of the institutes.
Applicants must possess MBBS degree for MS/MD courses and BDS degree for MDS courses. AIIMS PG is an all India level entrance examination for admission to post graduate courses such as
AIIMS PG 2018 will be conducted in online mode. AIIMS PG 2018 Exam will be conducted in the first week of May 2018. AIIMS PG 2018 Result will be declared within a week of date of examination on the official website www.aiimsexams.org.
All the aspirants must study the exam pattern in detail before preparing for the examination.

AIIMS administers AIIMS PG Exam and there will be a single question paper consisting of multiple-choice questions based on the syllabus of MBBS programmes.
The objective questions will be based on the syllabus of M.B.B.S and BDS programmes for MS/MD and MDS respectively.
The conducting body AIIMS will employ negative marking for evaluation. 1/3rd marks will be deducted for incorrect answer from the total.
AIIMS PG syllabus includes Pre-clinical, Para-clinical and Clinical Phase from the M.B.B.S syllabus. The subjects divided into each of these phases should be thoroughly studied by the aspirants.
Aspirants who seek admission for MDS programme in AIIMS should study the following syllabus taught for BDS.

AIIMS PG aspirants can prepare using the same syllabus as their UG courses. Applicants who seek admission for MS/MD course should study the M.B.B.S syllabus. MDS course applicants should study the BDS syllabus. Aspirants should solve previous years question papers and take mock tests online to check and improve their speed.
