UP Veterinary Entrance Exam 2018 Application Form

UP Veterinary Entrance Exam Application form will be released on their official website (upvetuniv.edu.in) in the month of April, 2018. Candidates have to register, fill in the application form and submit the application form by May, 2018. They have to thoroughly check if they are eligible before they apply for UP Veterinary Entrance Exam.

  • Only Indian Nationals, who are not less than 17 years (as on 31st December, 2018) old are eligible to apply.
  • Candidates, upon successful registration, receive their Login Credentials on their Email ID.
  • Once all the personal, address and education qualification details are filled, candidates must proceed to the upload of necessary documents.
  • These include upload of high quality scanned images of candidate’s passport size photo, Signature and thumb impression (size of each file cannot exceed 80 kb and must be in .jpeg format).
  • This can be followed by paying the application form fee of Rs. 1,500 in one of the online methods (credit/debit card or net banking).

After completing necessary steps, candidates can print their application form for further reference and must note down the registration number generated.

UP Veterinary Entrance Exam 2018 Eligibility

Candidates must carefully check the eligibility criteria thoroughly before they start filling out the UP Veterinary Entrance Exam application. Only Indian Citizens are eligible to apply.

How to Apply for UP Veterinary Entrance Exam 2018?

Application procedure for UP Veterinary Entrance Exam 2018 begins with the online registration of candidates.  Online Registration and application form filling will begin in the month of April, 2018. There is no offline method of submitting the application.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to complete the application form filling procedure.

Step 1: Registration

  • Candidates must visit the official website (upvetuniv.edu.in).
  • New Users must first register themselves by clicking on the relevant link,
  • Aspirants must provide basic details such as Name, Father’s Name, and mother’s Name. Valid Email ID also must be provided as Login Credentials for further steps will be sent to this email id.

Step 2: Application Form Filling

  • Using the Login Credentials received in the registered email Id, candidates must proceed to fill in UP Veterinary Entrance application form.
  • All Personal Details including gender, nationality, religion, birth place, caste category, examination center preference and address details including PIN code must be entered.
  • Candidates must then enter all the details asked about the Education Qualification.

Step 3: Upload of Photo, Signature and Thumb Impression

  • Next step is the upload of required documents. These include upload of high quality scanned images of candidate’s passport size photograph, signature and thumb impression in prescribed format. No other documents are required to be uploaded.
  • Other documents are required only at the time of verification process during counselling.
  • Size of files containing scanned images of photograph, signature and thumb impression cannot exceed 80kb each. All scanned images must be in .jpeg format.

Step 4: Application Form Fee Payment

  • After uploading photograph, signature and thumb impression, candidates must proceed to pay the requisite application form fee of Rs 1,500.
  • This fee can be paid in one of the online methods. This includes Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking.
  • This fee cannot be paid in any of the offline methods.
  • Once UP Veterinary Entrance application form fee is successfully paid, the completed application form will be generated which contains the Registration Number.  Candidates must carefully make note of this.
  • After Submitting the application form online, candidates can take a print of the filled in application form for any further future reference.
