OJEE 2017 is a single window, offline exam organised by Odisha Joint Entrance Exam Board. It is conducted for admission to first-year degree programs in Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Pharmacy, Planning, and Integrated MBA. The OJEE Application Form is now available on the official website for all form types. Candidates have to register online only and fill the OJEE application form by providing necessary details and uploading the required images. OJEE 2017 is an offline exam conducted in different sessions and slots for different courses. The other salient features of OJEE Exam Pattern are given below:
- The exam consists of multiple choice questions in English language.
- The number of questions and syllabus varies for different courses.
- For every correct answer, 4 marks are awarded while 1 mark is deducted for every wrong answer.

OJEE 2017 Eligibility
Candidates applying for UG courses have to satisfy the OJEE 2017 Eligibility as per the course applied. As per the OJEE Eligibility for UG courses, the candidate must pass the 10+2 examination of CHSE, Odisha or equivalent to apply for OJEE 2017.
The educational qualification for PG courses is a Bachelor’s Degree from any University of Odisha or from an AICTE approved Institute or from a recognized University as defined by UGC.
The minimum academic qualification for any lateral entry program is clearing a three-year diploma from an AICTE approved Institute or from a recognized University as defined by UGC.
Candidates appearing for any of the qualifying examination in 2017 is also eligible to apply for OJEE 2017. Lower age limit is 18 years and the upper age limit is 25 years.
How to Fill OJEE 2017 Application Form
OJEE 2017 Application Form can be filled only in online mode i.e. on the official website. The OJEE Registration has begun and would last until March 25, 2017. The OJEE 2017 Application Form is different for each course.
The Application Process for OJEE 2017 involves four steps primarily - Registration and Form Filling, Uploading Images, payment of application fee and submission of the form. Candidates must have a valid email ID and mobile number before starting the registration process as all the official communication will be sent to the registered ID and mobile number.
Visit the official website of OJEE 2017 and click on the link to register online. Choose the form type and enter personal and academic details asked. Note down the application number/registration number and create your own password. Complete the form and submit the details after verification.
NOTE: In case, any candidate has made a mistake while filling the OJEE 2017 Application form, they can click on the “Reset” button and fill the details correctly before submitting the form again.
Next step is uploading photograph and signature by logging in using application ID and Password. Upload a scanned copy of recent passport sized photograph and signature in JPEG format.
- Candidate’s name must be mentioned on the photograph.
- The signature must be done on a white sheet of paper with blue or black ballpoint pen.
- Thumb impression must be clearly taken on a white sheet of paper.
The fee varies as per the course applied. The Application fee for OJEE 2017 can be paid either through online or offline mode. If you pay online, choose payment gateway and enter the required details correctly. If you choose the offline mode, download e-challan and take a print out of it. Enter particulars and pay in cash at nearest SBI branch.
Submission and Confirmation Page
Submit all the details and print the completely filled OJEE 2017 Application Form. Do not send the printed copy of the application form.

Candidates have to remit the application fee in either online or offline mode. Candidates who apply for MBA/MCA/LE MCA and MBA + PGAT program (Form E) have to pay INR 1500. The application fee varies according to the course applied for. For other courses and form types, the application fee is INR 1000.

How to Download OJEE 2017 Admit Card
OJEE 2017 Admit Card is expected to be available on the official website from April 20, 2017 to April 25, 2017. It is mandatory to carry it to OJEE Exam Centers as well as for OJEE Counselling. For discrepancies or non-receipt of OJEE Admit Card, the candidate must contact Board latest by April 30, 2017.

OJEE 2017 Exam Centers
OJEE Exam will be conducted across 30 exam cities in Odisha. Enter 3 options for OJEE Exam centers in the application form. The final decision on allotment of OJEE 2017 Exam Centers rests with the exam conducting authority. The allocation or discretion or addition of any new OJEE Exam Center is done by the conducting body of the exam.
OJEE 2017 Exam Pattern
OJEE 2017 is a pen and paper based examination to be conducted on May 14, 2017. The exam will be conducted in three different shifts and the allotment of shifts would be based on the type of courses opted by the candidate. The exam will be conducted in English language only. It is necessary for candidates to go through OJEE Exam Pattern carefully to identify the important sections and understand the scoring pattern. The total number of questions depend upon the course opted by the candidate.
A candidate has to appear in two exam slots of OJEE 2017, depending upon the courses. The exam sessions are divided into 1 hour and two hours session. All the questions in are in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) format. All the questions carry four marks each while one mark is deducted for every incorrect response.

How to Check OJEE 2017 Result
The OJEE Result is expected to be declared on the official website by the first week of June, 2017. The result will be declared by the Joint Entrance Examination Cell, State Government of Odisha for various UG and PG programs offered by different Government and Private institutions of the state. OJEE 2017 Merit List
Odisha JEE Cell will publish separate OJEE 2017 Merit Lists for different courses based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the exam. There will be separate merit lists for successful candidates qualifying under each of the reserved categories. The OJEE 2017 Merit Lists for different courses is mentioned below.
- There will separate merit lists for UG programs like B. Pharm and BAMS/BHMS degree courses on the basis of marks secured in the relevant subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology) in OJEE 2017.
- Merit lists will be drawn up separately for Lateral entry admission scheme in engineering/technology and Pharmacy (LE in B. Tech. and LE in B. Pharm) on the basis of marks secured in their respective diploma tests.
- A separate merit list is prepared for candidates applying for B.Sc. or +3 Sc. (a pass in Mathematics at 10+2 level is mandatory) streams under lateral entry scheme to engineering/technology (LE in B. Tech) on the basis of marks scored in +3 Sc / B.Sc test.
- For MCA and MCA under Lateral Entry scheme, merit lists will be drawn up on the basis of marks scored by the candidate in MCA and MCA-LE test.
- There will be separate Merit Lists for MBA and Integrated MBA on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in MBA and Integrated MBA tests.
- Separate Merit lists will be drawn up for M. Tech, M. Pharm, M. Arch and M. Plan programs on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in their respective PGAT tests.

OJEE 2017 Cutoff

OJEE 2017 Reservation
Reservation is provided for certain reserved categories filled in the application form. The OJEE 2017 Reservation Criteria is applicable for the following categories.

OJEE 2017 Counselling
OJEE Counselling is scheduled after the declaration of OJEE 2017 Result. It is an online process which involves four steps namely Registration. Choice Filling, Choice locking and Document Verification. The registration for OJEE Counselling begins from June 23, 2017. The candidates must submit the choices and reach the allotted nodal center on the provided dates. The OJEE Seat Allotment is the succeeding step after OJEE Counselling.
