Law School Admission Test is a major part of the law school admission process in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and a growing number of other countries. It provides a standard to measure reading and verbal reasoning skills that law schools can use as one of several factors to assess applicants.

LSAT test the skills that are important for achieving success in law school:

LSAT 2017 Counselling and Admission Dates for Australia and New Zealand

LSAC doesn’t conduct any centralize counselling for LSAT. The Procedure for counselling starts just after the score cards and the percentiles are out. There are few important points students need to know and take care of:

  • Counselling fees has to be deposited separately to each college student wants to apply at
  • No other mode of Admission other than Counselling approved by LSAT will be accepted
  • No direct admissions will be accepted by colleges on the basis of scores without counseling
  • Every college conducts its own counselling process
  • Even if the student has paid counselling fees for a college and did not qualify cut-off during counselling, counselling fees would be non refundable
  • The score for year 2017 LSAT will be valid till the year 2017-18 all the counselling

Admission dates for LSAT 2017 will be declared by the colleges separately after counselling completes. For each slot of LSAT, separate counselling will be conduted and the cut-off for each college will vary depending upon the difficulty level and marks scored by students in the exam.
