AP EAMCET Hall Ticket

AP EAMCET 2018 Admit Card will be released by JNTU (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University) in 2nd week of April 2018. The last date to download AP EAMCET 2018 hall ticket is by April 2018. One must take note that the document can be downloaded via online mode only. Registration Number and Date of Birth needs to be provided in order to access it. AP EAMCET admit card carries information regarding candidate like name, roll number, exam date, time and venue of AP EAMCET 2018 with important instructions. Candidate needs to carry a valid ID proof as well to the center. It is a mandatory document, no candidate is allowed to appear for the examination without it.

AP EAMCET is a gateway for admission to undergraduate engineering and agriculture courses offered by various colleges/ institutions of Andhra Pradesh. For both the programs, the exam will be conducted separately in online mode. The time duration of exam is 3 hours with objective type questions. AP EAMCET Syllabus includes the question from PCM subjects for Engineering and PCB subjects for Agriculture course. Official dates for EAMCET 2018 will be released by APSCHE shortly. 


How to download AP EAMCET 2018 Admit card?

AP EAMCET 2018 Hall Ticket will be available only on official website of exam conducting body i.e. APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education). The step by step process for downloading the hall ticket 2018 is as follows:

Step 1: Visit the official portal of AP EAMCET 2018 i.e. sche.ap.gov.in

Step 2: Click on the link ‘EAMCET 2018 Hall Ticket’

Step 3: Registration Number and Date of Birth needs to be mentioned to access the document.

Step 4: Click on “Submit” button

Step 5: Now, AP EAMCET admit card will appear on the screen

Step 6: Check and Download it and take at least 2 printouts of it for further use

Note: Candidates are advised to save AP EAMCET hall ticket carefully for future processes. 


Details in AP EAMCET 2018 Admit Card

After downloading AP EAMCET Hall Ticket 2018, candidates should recheck all the necessary information. If there is any incorrect information in the document make sure to get it corrected on time by reporting it to the concerned authorities. The admit card will contain the following information in it:

  • Candidate’s Name
  • Photograph of candidate
  • Candidate Roll Number
  • Exam Name for which he/she is appearing
  • Exam Date and Time
  • Exam Center Name and Address
  • Important Instructions for the online exam

Note: Hall Ticket of AP EAMCET 2018 is a mandatory document that needs to be carried to the exam center. Without it, entry to the center is prohibited.

Discrepancy in Admit Card

How to Retrieve AP EAMCET Password?

It is important to keep AP EAMCET Registration Number and Password safely till all the process gets completed. It might so happen, that one loses or misplaces his/ her Password or Registration Number. Mentioned below are simple steps that will help to retrieve the information lost:-

Step 1: Click on the official website link: sche.ap.gov.in/eamcet

Step 2: Click under the header “Application” and then click on “Forgot Registration No.“

Step 3: When you click on the sub-link “Forgot Registration Number“ you will be directed to a new page. 

Step 4: You need to enter your Transaction ID of the payment and your last qualifying examination hall ticket number. Then you need to enter you SSC examination hall ticket number.

Step 5: Once you complete the form your Registration number will come up. Write it down and save it safely for future processes. 

Documents Required on Exam Day

On the day of examination, students need to bring some documents. AP EAMCET hall ticket is the most important document to be carried on the exam day as without it, candidates will not be allowed to enter the test center. Apart from this there are also some other requirements on that day, which are mentioned below-

  • AP EAMCET 2018 Hall Ticket
  • Filled in online application form with duly affixed recent color photograph attested by Gazetted Officer (or) Principal of the College where candidate has completed the qualifying examination,
  • A good Ball Point Pen (Blue or Black)
  • Attested copy of caste certificate (in case of SC / ST category candidates only)

Candidates who fail to bring any of the aforesaid documents will not be permitted to appear the exam.


Important Instructions for AP EAMCET Exam

  • The timings for exam will be between 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. and 2.30 P.M to 5.30 P.M at the selected test centers only.
  • Candidate must arrive at the online examination center 30 minutes prior to the commencement of examination. This will help the candidate to familiarize with the online examination process.
  • No candidate, under any circumstances, will be allowed to enter exam hall after the exam commences.
  • Candidate must produce AP EAMCET Hall Ticket for admission in the examination room. Candidates failing to do so shall not be permitted to sit for the exam under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent.
  • Candidate should remember that the question paper available on the computer will be in English and Telugu languages only.
  • Signature and left-hand impression of candidate are to be filled in the respective spaces provided in the filled in online application form and on attendance sheet in the presence of Invigilator only.
  • Candidates are not allowed to carry any other material such as Calculators, Pen, Slide Rules, Log Tables, and Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, printed or written material, bits of papers, mobile phone, pager or any other device inside the exam center. Doing so will lead in cancellation and debarring from exam.
  • All calculations/writing work during the test is to be done only in the rough sheet provided at the centre. On completion of the test candidates must hand over the rough sheets to the invigilator on duty.

AP EAMCET 2018 Result will be released in the first week of May 2018. Candidates can check their results by visiting the official portal of AP EAMCET. The candidates should preserve the AP EAMCET 2018 Hall Ticket for document verification process.
