Medical aspirants have to wait no more for COMEDK UGET final meritlist as it is out now! Aspirants who has applied through online application for state quota MBBS/BDScounselling can cross check the final COMEDK UGET Merit list by visiting the official website. Applications are now being invited for the counseling by the concerned authorities.
COMEDK which is also called Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental, Karnataka is an entrance exam for students who want to pursue their career in medical, engineering and dental programmes. COMEDK is a doorway to the courses like MBBS, BDS, B.Tech and B.Arch courses.
The candidates who has given NEET and COMEDK UGET stands qualified to fill the online application form. Candidates can also raise objections, if any, by filling an objection form, which got out on August 31st 2016. Aspirant can last apply for the objections related to merit list score till September 3, 2016.
The first step requires the candidate to click on “Applicant Login” in the COMEDK website. Candidates are advised to download the rank card before appearing for COMEDK UGET counselling
Another step involves candidates to download & obtain a printout of the COMEDK UGET Medical 2016 Online Rank card
It is important to note that no Rank Card will be dispatched either by post or courier or in person to the candidates under any circumstances
Also, candidates will not be allowed to enter the counselling venue without the print out of COMEDK UGET Medical 2016 Rank Card which acts as a compulsory document till the time of admission.
COMEDK UGET 2016 Important Documents for Counselling
Without documents, the counselling procedure cannot get completed and in order to complete the process, candidates are required to carry below mentioned original documents along with one set of attested copies at the time of counselling:

COMEDK UGET 2016 Test Admission Ticket (TAT) (Printed online copy)
COMEDK UGET 2016 Rank Card (Printed online copy)
Parent or Guardian Identity Proof (Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhar Card)
Class X or equivalent exam certificate or the School Leaving certificate for Date of Birth verification
Marks sheet of Class XII or 2nd PUC or an equivalent exam
A crossed Demand Draft for INR 55,000/- drawn on any nationalized banks in favour of “COMEDK” payable at Bangalore
Documents to be submitted by Schedule Caste/ Schedule Tribe/ Other Backward Classes of Karnataka are given below:
Schedule Caste/ Schedule Tribe- SC/ST category certificate issued by the competent authority (not below the rank of Tahsildar) valid for 2016 year.
Other Backward Classes (Category I, IIA, IIB, and IIIA, IIIB) - A caste and income certificate issued by Tahsildar or higher revenue Jurisdictional Authority valid for 2016 year.
Minority candidates -Religious (Christian), Linguistics (Telugu/Tamil/ Tulu) candidates have to produce a valid certificate issued by the school from which the candidate has studied.
COMEDK UGET 2016 Counselling Procedure
Candidates can refer to the below mentioned points in order to achieve successful COMEDK UGET counselling process.
An aspirant is required to go through the first step in the counselling procedure which includes verification and submission of the documents. All the original documents and their photo copies, photo ID proof and Demand Draft will be verified at the time of counselling.
Next step requires the candidates to submit the photocopies of all the original documents at the verification counter.

COMEDK UGET 2016 Seat Allotment Process
Seat Allotment is an important step in the process of counselling. For getting a track of COMEDK UGET seat allotment process, refer to the following points:
For the seat allotment process, candidates are required to be physically present at the time of the counselling. No one else can appear in place of the candidate to fulfil his/her admission requirements.
The Candidate is required to follow the counselling schedule. The schedule is based upon the ranks that are provided to the candidate in the score card.
After the above steps, candidate is first required to get the documents verified and then get the required information entered into the computer system. Without the verification and entering of details in a computer, candidate can’t go further with the selection process.
Candidate with a higher rank gets the option to select the seat. Candidate with a lower rank, when the candidate with the higher rank is yet to select the seat, cannot jump ahead in selection procedure.
Once the seat is selected by the candidate, it cannot be changed by the candidate. So, candidates should practice caution in seat selection.
Once the candidate has selected the seat, he will be issued a confirmed seat allotment letter. This letter has in-built security feature and thus preventing any duplications.
Please Note: If the candidate loses the allotment letter, he/she will lose the selected seat.
