GATE 2017 provides the candidates an opportunity to gain proficiency from the best that we have in country-The Indian Institutes Of Technology, National Institutes Of Technology, Indian School Of Mines- Dhanbad and other outstanding Self-Financed Institutions.Scheduled to be conducted in the month of February 2017, GATE 2017 released syllabus for all the qualifying degree exams along with the notification of GATE 2017. We are providing you GATE 2016 Mechanical Engineering Syllabus with best wishes for the upcoming exams.
The Test will be conducted digitally in form of computer based test for all the 23 papers. The total questions will be divided into three sections viz. General Aptitude, Engineering Mathematics And the Qualifying Degree Section i.e Mechanical Engineering. Candidates will also find some Numerical Answer Type(NAT) questions in which candidates will be required to enter Numerical Value.
The Test will comprise 65 questions collectively worth 100 Marks. Marks will be deducted for wrong responses and the marks according to the question type will be awarded for the right answer.
