STATE LEVEL ONLINE TEST

**VITEEE Syllabus 2017** is decided by VIT University each year. It is similar to class XII syllabus of CBSE and Tamil Nadu State Board of Higher Secondary. VITEEE 2017 Syllabus comprises questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and English. There are 120 questions in the question paper of VITEEE. Each subject will carry 40 questions, except English. It will only contain 5 questions.

Candidates appearing in VIT Engineering Entrance Examination 2017 from April 5-16, 2017, must be thorough with VITEEE Syllabus 2017 to avoid any last-minute surprises. The duration of VITEEE 2017 is 2.5 hours.

**VITEEE** is organised for candidates seeking admission to B.Tech. programmes offered in both Chennai and Vellore campuses of VIT University. It is an all India level entrance examination conducted to fill approximately 5000 seats. VITEEE 2017 Result is expected to release on or before April 24, 2017.

VITEEE 2017 is scheduled from April 5-13, 2017. It will be conducted three times per day, in three different time slots. Candidates can book their examination day and time slot on the official website of the university i.e. vit.ac.in.

VITEEE question paper is divided into four different sections (PCME/ PCBE), containing total no. of 125 questions. Syllabus for VITEEE 2017 is similar to class XII syllabus of CBSE and Tamil Nadu State Board of Higher Secondary. Questions number starting from 121 to 125 in the question paper will contain questions from English. Questions asked from this subject will be of multiple-choice in nature.

Question numbers 121, 122 and 123 are comprehension questions. They are based on short passages (30 -50 words) or lines of poems (2 -3) or dialogue (2 exchanges).

Question number 124 and 125 are based on English Grammar and Pronunciation
