Karnataka PGCET 2018 Admit Card

Karnataka PGCET 2018 Admit Card will be available to be downloaded from the official website in the month of August 2018. The admit card will only be issued to those students who have successfully register for the entrance test.

  • Karnataka PGCET 2018 Admit Card can be downloaded from- www.kea.kar.nic.in.
  • It is a very important document without which students are not allowed to appear in the examination.
  • For downloading the admit card, students need to enter their credential like Registration Number and Date of Birth.
  • The admit card is issued by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA).
  • Candidates are advised to check all the details on the admit card before downloading it. 

Karnataka PGCET is commonly known as “Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test”. It is conducted for those students who want to get admission in first year/ part time MBA, MCA, M.Tech, M.Arach and Lateral Entry courses.

How to download Karnataka PGCET 2018 Admit Card/ Hall Ticket?

Students can download the Karnataka PGCET 2018 Admit Card online from the official website. Admit card will be required on the examination day. By following the below steps students can easily download the admit card/ hall ticket:

  • Visit the official website of KEA
  • On the website home page, click on the ‘PGCET 2016’ tab
  • Students will be redirected to new page
  • Search for the link “Online Hall Ticket Download”
  • Now students need to enter their Application/ Registration Number and Date of Birth
  • Click on the Submit button

After clicking on the button, the Admit card will be displayed on the screen. Students can download their admit card and take a printout of it for their future use.

Before downloading the admit card, students need to carefully check all their details written on it. Following are the details mentioned on the Karnataka PGCET 2018 Admit Card:

At the time of the examination, students must bring the documents along with the admit card. Following is the list of all the mandatory documents:

  • Karnataka PGCET 2018 Admit card

Karnataka PGCET 2018 Exam Centers

While filling the online application form, students have to enter their choice of exam center. They will be allotted as per the selection and availability at the time of examination. Examination centre once selected by the candidate shall not be changed under any circumstances.

Karnataka PGCET 2018 Exam Day Instructions

Students must follow the below instructions on the examination day:

  • They must reach the examination centre on time on the day of the exam
  • Students must check the date and time of the examination and must appear accordingly
  • Students are advised to read all the instructions written on the OMR sheet carefully before starting the exam
  • Candidates can only use Blue/ Black ball point pen for the exam
  • Applicants are free to attempt all the questions because there is no negative marking for wrong answers
  • Students can carry copy of OMR sheet which they can use for their future reference
  • Any calculator or log table is not allowed in the examination centre
  • Non-programmable calculators are allowed for ME, M.Tech, and M.Arch candidates
  • Students are not allowed to wear any kind of watch at the exam centre
  • Any kind of electronic equipment, mobile phones, Bluetooth, White Fluid, Markers, Wireless Sets, Books, Notes etc are not allowed in the examination centre.
  • Candidates with valid GATE scores are given first preference for admission. These applicants need not appear for Karnataka PGCET 2018.
  • Candidates must preserve the Admit Card till the admission in college.
  • Applicants who have to possess the BE degree through distance education mode are not eligible for admission to M.Tech courses.
