SSC JE 2017 Paper 1 completed its 4 days. The exam on March 4, 2017 was conducted in 2 shifts for duration of 2 hours. SSC JE Exam had a Moderate difficulty level.

SSC JE 2017 General Intelligence & Reasoning

General Ability and Reasoning tests the logical analytics, thinking and non- verbal skills of the students. To surpass cutoff marks, 40-45 number of safe attempts can be considered.

The highest number of question came from Number / Alphabet series which were easy to moderate in level. Maximum numbers of questions came from the topics like Statements & Conclusion, logic-based reasoning and direction sense. The Level of difficulty for these topics was moderate. Students could easily score marks in the bunch of miscellaneous questions, as they were easy to moderate in nature and many questions came from multiple segments.

SSC JE 2017 General Awareness

The bulk part of SSC JE General Awareness section was covered by Current & Static Knowledge. The total number of question in this section was 50 which consisted of 50 marks. Safe attempts for this section were 35 out of 50 questions.

The difficulty level of this section was Easy. The highest number of questions came from Science & Technology which was moderate in nature. The topics which asked majorly were from history, economy & finance, geography, politics & civics, and computer which were easy to moderate in nature. Whereas the minimum number of question came from abbreviations which was of easy level.

SSC JE 2017 Expected Cut off
