NATIONAL LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
IOCL is recruiting for the 84 posts of Tarde Apprentice at Panipat Refinery. The application form is available from February 06, 2017 to February 26, 2017. The eligibility criteria are varying according to the posts. The selection of candidates will be done through written test followed by a personal interview. The written test is to be held on March 19, 2017. The result for written test will be declared on the same day. Here, we are providing the post wise details for vacancies in IOCL 2017 as mentioned below:

The required eligibility to apply for various posts under IOCL Recruitment is given below:
Candidates should be more than 18 years in age and not be more than 24 years. There is a relaxation in age of 5 years for SC/ ST category and 3 years for OBC category. The age limit will be calculated as on January 31, 2017.

2.Click on the engagement of apprentices at Panipat refinery
3.Download the application form in the prescribed format
4.Fill up the personal, qualification and work experience details in the application form.
5.Upload the scanned copy of recent photograph and signature in JPG format.
6.Verify the entered details in the application form before click on the submit button.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test conducted by IOCL. The duration for the test is two hours. Candidates will have to qualify the written test to go for personal interview. They have to secure minimum 40% of marks at each stage for qualifying the selection process. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of performance of candidates in both rounds. After that, they will undergo in the process training period. After the successful completion of training period, they will be selected as a permanent employee.
The ratio of marks for written test and personal interview will be 85:15. The shortlisted candidates will be drawn on the basis of marks secured inn the written test in the ratio of 1:3. In the case, if two candidates will obtain same marks in the final merit list. The candidate with prior date of birth will be selected for the mentioned post.
The stipend of Rs. 6,970 will be paid to the candidates selected as Attendant operator & Fitter. For further posts, such as Technician Apprentice in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation an amount of Rs. 7,530 will be given.
A pair of shoes and a helmet will be provided to the apprentices as personal protective equipment. Besides these, medical facility, HRA, personal allowances, leave & holidays, insurance coverage will be provided to the employees.
