Aspiring candidates should pay enough attention to each of the topics. For the Reasoning section, there are some questions, which doesn’t take much time to solve. It is not a time consuming section, if the practice is done nicely. Logical Reasoning is one of those sections where you stand to score more with continuous practice of quality questions more than the reading rules and regulations. Pick up the question for solving only before understanding it.

Start your SBI PO Mains Exam from the easy and scoring questions. The most important questions from this section are on the topics such as follows:
Input Output: These are generally easy but time consuming. You can easily make this topic your quickest and easiest one by practicing regularly.
Puzzles: There may be 1 puzzle of 5 questions based on: Double Lineup OR Scheduling. Questions asked are always mixed up of several other topics such as seating arrangement, direction, blood relation, etc.
Most people get frightened by the length of the question and then they don’t attempt it. Actually, they are relatively easy, so don’t be afraid of making an effort for them. Once you get the puzzle, it is easy to fetch 5-6 questions in one go. Try at least 10-15 different sets of each type of Puzzle. Make sure, you attempt the Puzzle section at the end and before solving the puzzle, read the based questions first and then solve the puzzles.
Data Sufficiency: Around 3 to 5 questions are asked on Data Sufficiency topic. Try these problems from a wide range of chapters including Directions & Distances, Ordering & Ranking, Blood Relations, Coding & Decoding in bogus language etc. These are generally easy and scoring but Blood Relation problems may be tricky. Once you get the trick, you have fetched the marks in your pocket! So, practice each kind of question nicely.
Analogy: Practice 20 questions each of- number based, letter based, GK based and meaning based analogies. GK based and Meaning based analogies are extremely quick to solve but can be very unpredictable. And this is where you can try your luck!
Relationship Concepts: They are designed to check your cognitive skills. They might appear long and complicated however they are terribly simple to solve. To decide whether you should solve the problem is to find out which type of problem is it:
Ordering & Ranking: Usually these questions are easy and direct. There may come a comprehension of 2-3 questions. Practice 10 comprehensions of these type including those that test you on counting from the back as well as overlapping counts from the front and back.
