IBPS PO 2016: List of Participating Banks

The mains examination of IBPS PO was successfully conducted on November 20, 2016. The Exam was conducted for the shortlisted candidates of Prelims Examination. Institute of Banking Personnel Services will announce the Result in second week of December, 2016.

All the qualified candidates of IBPS PO Mains will be called for the next level of selection process that includes Group Discussion followed by Personal Interview. The final merit list will be published after GD/PI Rounds. The final merit list is prepared including the marks obtained by the candidates in the mains examination and GD/PI Rounds in 80/20 ratio respectively.

IBPS PO is conducted for recruitment of Probationary Officers at the leading banks of the nation. Unanimously renowned as the largest central Banking Recruitment Exam, IBPS PO is the most sought after and competitive exam of the country. This year, more than 100,000 candidates applied for total vacancies of around 8822 bringing down the success ratio to less than 1%.

IBPS PO 2016: Vacancies in Public Sector Banks

With the release of IBPS PO notification, all the participant banks post the required vacancies at ibps.in. The shortlisting and final selection of the candidates are based upon the vacancies posted by the banks.
