Ans. I had not joined any kind of institution or any coaching classes because I didn't know at that time that classes for CLAT Exams are also prevailing. So I had prepared for it on my own through a single Last year paper of that time which I had got it from GNLU when I had gone to register for the CLAT Exam.
Ans. My strong area in the Exam was the practical part that was the Maths Sections in which practical question were asked. My weak areas were the Law Sections as well as the Family Relations questions and the General Knowledge questions as I am weak at this section since first itself. And as I was not aware of the classes for this are going on so I had not joined any classes for it and I had prepared it on my own. And I had also taken help from my Dad and my Grandfather who both are advocates. They gave me a helping hand by providing me the basic knowledge of laws which they thought I would face in the exam. And in this way I had prepared for my CLAT Exam
Ans. As I don't know what is the current format and the questions types asked. Currently I cannot give any rule points but definitely I can just suggest that one must take coaching for it as it is not an easy exam. One has to prepare far more than he has thought of. And it’s not one's cup of tea who thinks that he will easily crack this Exam. You need to put your whole and sole for this Exam to crack it and get admissions on merit basis in the GNLU.
Ans. As I said I didn't take any kind of mock papers or didn't even have any kind of reference materials also from which I could learn. I just had one single Last year paper of that time on which my efforts were based. Rest all the guidance were given to me by my family members and frankly speaking I didn't even know, what the mock papers are and how are they helpful in our CLAT Exam.
Ans. I actually didn't have any kind of English and comprehension strategy even because as I have been in an English medium so I didn't think that English would be an issue for me and I didn't follow any kind of book instead I had read my father’s cases and tried to catch as much as I could for my CLAT Exam.
Ans. General knowledge and current affairs were my weakest points as have stated earlier but still had moderate knowledge about it so didn't create that much problem in my Exam and for this I had not referred to books but had learnt from the talks of my dad with his clients and with our relatives. So these were my strategies for general knowledge and current affairs strategy.
Ans. This was the strongest point of mine in which I think so I had scored the maximum marks. I am actually very good at numerical ability since childhood itself. For this I had just practiced the numerical section of the last year paper which I had referred to and I had not followed any book for maths. And I don't think I need to refer any kind of books at those time but would recommend currently that at present, seeing the competition I think so that one will need reference books as well as practice for cracking even the numerical section also.
Ans. This was certainly a pinching section as we didn't have that much knowledge about laws or and kinds of acts those times. But still I had answered it on the basis of the knowledge I had acquired from my schooling academics and on the basis of the understanding that I had regarding to this section.
For this section I had not actually referred any kind of books but I had referred to a few bare acts which I had in my father's library. And somewhat I got the knowledge about it from the seminars which I had attended with my dad in our city. And for this section also I didn't have any kind of special strategy that I had followed.
Ans. This section was also an interesting section and probably a tricky section too. Actually, I had no specific strategy for this section but according to my IQ level and understanding, I answered all these questions.
Ans. Talking about strategies, I can say that on primary basis the student need to be serious first of all. The second thing is to join any class if possible, which was the biggest mistake I had ever made. Thirdly, one must practice each and every day all the section that are being asked in the exams. One must also learn few strategies which they will be taught in their coaching classes and try to apply all these strategies to the fullest in order to grab all those areas where marks can be obtained with ease and for the difficult sections with getting confused and without getting anxious one must answer the questions. And even though they don't know any kind of questions answer then still must attempt and come without leaving it blank so in a fluke also there are possibilities of getting answer correct.

Ans. I think that if I had got a proper coaching class and if I had even just guided by anyone, I could have at least grabbed a seat in GNLU. And if I could have got proper reference materials still I could have raised up my scores. So I just want to say that do all those things which I could not do so that you don't have to regret when you come in my place.
