MH CET Law 2018 Exam Pattern

MH CET Law 2018 is scheduled for third week of June 2018 while results will be announced by the last week of June 2018. MH CET Law 2018 is conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET CELL), Government of Maharashtra. MH CET Law 2018 will be conducted for the admission into LL.B (3 years) and LL.B (Integrated-5 years) courses. Various colleges & institutions in the state of Maharashtra gives admission in law courses on the basis of MH CET Law score.

  • As per trend, MH CET Law 2018 is expected to be conducted in an online mode.
  • MH CET Law 2018 Examination for 5-year Integrated LLB program and 3 year LLB program comprises of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
  • The exam will be of total duration of 120 minutes.
  • The question paper will be printed in both English and Marathi Language.
  • One mark will be awarded for each right answer while no mark will be deducted from candidate’s score for each wrong answer.

MH CET Law 2018 Exam Pattern

MH CET Law 2018 will be conducted in online mode. MH CET Law 2018 question paper will be of Objective Type. The exam paper will be published in English and Marathi language.

  • The duration of the exam for 5-year Integrated LLB program and 3 year LLB program will be 120 minutes.
  • One mark will be awarded for each right answer while no mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
  • To appear in MH CET Law 2018 Admission process, it is mandatory for every candidate to qualify MH CET Law 2018 Examination.
  • Before appearing in any stage of MH CET Law, candidates must go through BCECE 2018 Exam Pattern.

5-year LLB Program Exam Pattern

MH CET Law 2018 Exam paper for 5-year Integrated LLB program will consist of 150 MCQs of total 150 marks. The time duration of exam paper for 5-year Integrated LLB program will be 120 minutes. There is no provision of negative marking. The exam paper will be divided into 5 sections namely,

  • General Knowledge and Current Affairs
  • Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning
  • Logical and Analytical Reasoning
  • English
  • Basic Mathematics.

MH CET Law 2018 Exam paper for 3-year Integrated LLB program will consist of 150 MCQs of total 150 marks. The time duration of this exam paper will be 120 minutes. There is no provision of negative marking. The exam paper will be divided into 4 sections i.e.,

MH CET Law 2018: Marking Scheme

MH CET Law 2018 Exam paper for both the courses will consist of a total of 150 marks. Each section will carry different marks depending upon the number of questions. One mark will be awarded to the candidate for each right answer while no mark will be deducted from his score for each wrong answer.

Important Instructions

These are some important instructions for MH CET Law 2018 Exam which must be followed by the applicants. Given below are set of rules which must be kept in mind while sitting for the exam:

  • No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination whose Hall Ticket is not issued by CET Cell, Maharashtra.
  • After the commencement of examination, candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
  • Once the invigilator has verified MH CET Law 2018 Admit Card of the candidate, he must sign on the attendance sheet in the presence of the invigilator and mention the hall ticket number also.
  • Follow the instructions given by the invigilators in the examination room
  • Do not indulge in any argument with the invigilators or other staff involved in the examination duty at the examination centre.
  • Aspirants should neither talk to each other nor discuss any matter during the examination.
  • The candidate should not disturb other candidates in the examination room and maintain complete silence during the examination.
  • Candidates are not permitted to carry any electronic device and study material at examination hall like (Mobile, Bluetooth, Pager, watch, test series, books, model papers, etc.)
  • The decision of CET Cell, Maharashtra shall be final in all matters.
