STATE LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
Government of Bihar has recently released an official notification regarding the BCECE Medical Counselling for Private Medical Colleges across Bihar. The NEET (UG) 2016 qualified candidates are invited to fill in the BCECE Application Form for admissions to 1st Year of UG Medical Courses. The candidates are informed that the admissions will be done on the basis of their Merit/ Rank Score in the NEET 2016.
The private medical colleges participating in the counselling of BCECE are as follows:
The counselling is conducted to fill in the vacant seats that are left in the above-mentioned BCECE Colleges only. Hence, make sure that you want admission in those colleges only and then think of filling the BCECE Online Application for Counselling.
We inform all the candidates, that getting themselves registered is the basic eligibility criteria for them to sit for the BCECE Counselling. Hence, the candidates appearing for the counselling of BCECE are required to visit the BCECE Board’s website: www.bceceboard.com and follow the steps mentioned below:
Note: the candidate should make sure to keep their login credentials confidential. If at all you reveal these credentials and they are misused in some way, then the board will not be responsible for this. Also, the candidates are required to make note and preserve their UGMAC(P)-ID and Password for any future use.
|Payment by Bank Challan||Online Payment|
|If candidate wants to make payment through challan mode, click on 'Print Challan' button.||If candidate wants to make payment through Online Mode, click on 'Online Payment' link.|
|After clicking a Bank Challan will appear in triplicate form which should be downloaded by the candidate (consisting of Bank's Copy, Board's Copy & Candidate's Copy) and using the Bank challan, he / she should then deposit UGMAC(P)-2016 Counselling Fee i.e. Rs. 1500/- (One Thousand Five hundred) only in any Branch of Canara Bank.||After clicking, the candidate can make payment though Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card of any bank listed on the website. Transaction processing fee and the service tax will be paid extra by the candidate along with the Counselling Fee i.e. Rs. 1500/- only.|
|After depositing the aforesaid counselling fee, the Canara Bank will return to the candidate the Board's Copy and Candidate's Copy of the paid challan. Bank charge of Rs.60/- will be paid extra by the candidate.||After making successful payment, either through challan or online payment, Step-2 is completed.|
Note: The candidates are required to upload their scanned Passport size photograph of high contrast and their full signature in Hindi and English (Not in Capital Letters) as well. After filling personal Information, click on 'Submit' button to complete this step.
For those of the candidates who are interested in participating in the BCECE counselling should go through following dates. This is because, they should be aware about all the important events that will be happening around the medical counselling of BCECE.

Note: Candidates are informed that the status of vacancies will be uploaded on the Board's Website: bceceboard.com on October 2, 2016.
The candidates are required to report at the Counselling center at the time and date provided to them. They should also make sure to go through the following list to know what all documents that they are required to carry for the Admission Counselling,
Also, the candidates should make sure to have all the documents in both original as well as their photocopies at the time of their BCECE Counselling. It is a possibility that the authorities may want to keep the copies of the documents with them for future purposes. If a candidate fails to produce any of the documents, then there is a probability that their admission to the college may be rejected. Hence, one should make sure to have all the documents with them at the time of medical counselling of BCECE 2016.
