NATIONAL LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
AIPVT 2016 Round 3 Counselling Schedule for the total available seats was published on September 23, 2016. Following that, the choice filling, locking, and alteration of the seats for AIPVT 2016 took place from September 24, 2016, to September 25, 2016. The Final Result of Round 3 Seat Allotment has also been published on September 27, 2016.
The All India Pre-Veterinary Test or AIPVT is a statutory body established under Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984. The Veterinary Council of India conducts All India Pre-Veterinary Test (AIPVT) for filling up 15% of All India Quota seats in the Veterinary Colleges in India (except Jammu & Kashmir State). The programs offered include- Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry.

The AIPVT 2016 revised counselling schedule for Round 3 will commence from September 23, 2016. The choice filling, locking, and alteration of the seats for AIPVT 2016 starts from September 24, 2016. The AIPVT 2016 exam was conducted on May 14, 2016. The counselling of AIPVT 2016 is being conducted in three rounds. The first two rounds are already over. The thirs round is scheduled for the seats available in the AIPVT 2016 Participating Institutes.
The Round 2 of Counselling and Seat Allotment for AIPVT 2016 was held on September 8, 2016, and the results for the same was released on September 14, 2016. The AIPVT 2016 selected candidates were required to report at their respective colleges from September 15, 2016, till September 20, 2016.
The Round 1 AIPVT 2016 Process of seat allotment commenced on August 12, 2016, and the results for the same was published on August 30, 2016. For the same round, the AIPVT selected candidates were supposed to report to their respective allotted colleges from August 31, 2016, to September 6, 2016.
1. Registered candidates who did not get any seat in Round-1 or Round-2 as per choices filled up.
2. Candidates who were allotted seat in Round 2 and have reported/joined the college and submitted option for change of college in Round 3.
Candidates should follow the below steps for the online counselling procedure:
1. Candidates have to first register themselves for participating in AIPVT-2016 counselling in the Council’s website www.aipvt.nic.in. Candidates who are registered shall only be considered for counselling for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. course under 15% All India Quota.
2. The registration can be done by entering requisite information like name, date of birth, roll number, application number etc. in relevant fields.
In this step, Candidate makes sure to be careful to lock their final choices before the deadline.
After the students have filled in their choices, they will be allocated seats as per their ranks and preference.
The candidates are required to carry all the mandatory documents to the reporting center such as follows:
a. Duly filled up verification form
b. AIPVT Admit Card downloaded from Council’s website.
c. Age proof (birth certificate/class 10 admit card or certificate)
d. Reporting the center copy of the e-challan form showing the bank transaction ID
e. Class 12 mark sheet
f. SC/ST/OBC/PH certificate (if applicable)
g. Four passport size colored Photographs and One Postcard size colored Photographs (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form).
The final step for the students is to personally visit the institute that has been allocated to them for completing admission formalities. If the student is unable to report at the stated institute, the provisional admission of such candidate will be cancelled.
The AIPVT Council takes distinct measures to ensure the accuracy of the Optimal Mark Reader (OMR) and their appropriate answers. The AIPVT Council does not provide any provision for re-checking or re-evaluating the announced AIPVT 2016 result. The AIPVT Council serves the best possible supervision and regulation to ensure the error-free declaration of the AIPVT 2016 results but the grading can be challenged.
