WBJEE 2018 Application Form will be available from the 1st week of January 2018. An official notification for WBJEE Registration 2018 is expected to be out in December 2017. Candidates interested in appearing for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination 2018, that will be held in the month of April 2018, must apply for the same. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) will be conducting WBJEE 2018 for admission to undergraduate engineering, pharmacy and architecture programs across the state of West Bengal. About 36,000 seats are expected to get filled this year through WBJEE 2018.
The application form for WBJEE 2018 will be avaiable in online mode only. Before applying, make sure you are a domicile of West Bengal and have scored at least 50% in class XII exam. WBJEE 2018 Application Form will require your personal details, academic qualifications and uploading the necessary documents. An application fee of INR 500 must also be paid to complete the registration process. All candidates who successfully register can download WBJEE 2018 Admit Card from 1st week of April, 2018.

The Application Form of WBJEE 2018 will be available on the official website www.wbjeeb.nic.in. They can be accessed can be submitted online only. Only those candidates who apply for the test by paying the application fees can appear for the test. Follow the below steps to fill WBJEE 2018 Application Form:
Log on to the official website of WBJEE i.e. wbjeeb.nic.in. Click on ‘Apply for WBJEE 2018’ at the bottom of the page. ‘New Candidate Registration’ and ‘Login’ page will appear. Select the option of ‘Apply’ for new registration. Read the instructions that appear on the next page carefully.

Each applicant must pay the non-refundable application fees of INR 500, irrespective of their category, to appear in WBJEE 2018. The fees can be paid via 2 modes:

WBJEEB gives an option to edit your already filled forms. Candidate can access this option once the registration window has completed. They must enter their credentials on the official website (wbjeeb.nic.in) to use this option. WBJEE 2018 Application Form Correction window is likely to open in the first week of February 2018.
Students who have failed to edit any information or documents except the registration data can do so within the stipulated time. The registration data cannot be edited once submitted. After this time period, the applications cannot be edited. Also, no new applications will be accepted during this time. The edited application form should then be confirmed and printed out.

Q. How to retrieve my password?
A. If a candidate forgets his login password, he must click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the login credential page. He will then be required to answer his security question. If he has also forgotten the answer to his security question, an email will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID that will contain a new password. The candidate can login using this password and change it if he wishes to do so.
Q.I am a student belonging to the reserved category. However, I selected the general category by mistake while applying for WBJEE 2018. I wish to make changes to my category. Please help.
A. YES, you can change your category from open to SC/ ST/ OBC when the Correction Window is open. You will also be required to upload a caste certificate to support your claim.
Q. Final result/ Marksheet of qualifying examination is not available due to delay in publication of result. Is such a candidate eligible for WBJEE 2018?
A. NO, Candidate has to show the marksheet at reporting centre. He has to mention his marks details while registering.
Q. What all fields can be edited when the Correction Window is open?

Q. How will I know if the scanned copies of my photograph, signature and left hand thumb impression have been uploaded accurately?
A. You will be notified via SMS on your registered mobile number if there is a discrepancy in the scanned images you have uploaded.
Q. What are the criteria to be treated as domicile of West Bengal?
A. Only those candidates will be treated as domicile of West Bengal who are either, residing in West Bengal for the last 10 (ten) years as on December 31, 2017 or whose parent is a permanent resident of West Bengal having permanent address within the State of West Bengal.
Q.Is it essential to have a mobile number and a unique email ID?
A.Yes, because all future communications will be received from and sent through the registered mobile number and email ID. Communications from candidates from any other mobile number or email ID cannot be considered genuine/official and hence are liable to be ignored. WBJEEB will not be responsible for non-receipt of any communication by the candidates if the mobile number and/or the email ID is found wrong/non-existing/changed.
Q.Can I fill 2 application forms?
A. No, a candidate is allowed to fill 1 application form only.
