KMAT 2018 Admit Card

KMAT 2018 Admit Card will be released in the 2nd week of August 2018. KPPGCA (Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association) will release admit cards for candidates who have successfully submitted their applications for KMAT (Karnataka Management Aptitude Test).

KMAT is a state level exam conducted by Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA) for candidates seeking admission into MBA/PGDM/MCA post graduation programs. 

  • The admit card will only be available in online mode at the official website on www.kmatindia.com.
  • Candidates will need their registration number, received at the time of submitting the application, to access the admit card online.
  • Candidates are required to affix a passport-size photograph in the space provided on the admit card after downloading the admit card.
  • Admit cards and other relevant documents such as a valid photo-id proof must be carried to the examination centre on the day of exam.

Those candidates who fail to carry their admit cards will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

KMAT 2018 Admit Card will include Candidate’s Name, Roll Number, Photo, Signature, Examination Venue and Date. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions printed on admit card thoroughly.


Dates for KMAT 2018 Admit Card

KMAT 2018 Admit Card will be available at the official website after closing of the application process. Candidates will be required to download the admit card from the official website.

How to Download Admit Card/ Hall Ticket?

Once the University releases the admit card on its website, candidates will be able to download and print it.  Please note that admit card is an important document and must be presented at the exam center.

In order to download KMAT 2018 Admit Card, candidates will be required to proceed with the following steps:

  • Visit the official website at www.kmatindia.com.
  • Go to Candidate’s Login and enter login details such as registration number and password.
  • Click on the link stating download/view KMAT Hall Tickets.
  • KMAT 2018 Admit Card will appear on your computer screen.
  • Download and print the document.
  • Affix a passport-size photograph in the space provided for photograph on the admit card.
  • Carry the admit card to the test center on the day of examination.

Candidates are advised to retain the admit card until the end of admission process.

It is advisable that candidates verify all the details mentioned on the admit Card. The details mentioned on admit card is as follows:

  • Name of the candidate
  • Date of birth of candidate
  • State code of eligibility
  • Category
  • Roll number
  • Venue or name of the examination center
  • Timings of the examination
  • Rules and regulations to be followed on exam day

Discrepancy in KMAT 2018 Admit Card

KMAT 2018 Admit Card is the most important document to appear for the KMAT exam. Therefore, it is necessary that all the details mentioned on it are accurate. If a candidate notices any discrepancy in the admit card, he/she must contact the conducting authority of the examination. Discrepancy usually occurs if the candidate has entered a wrong detail or wrong spelling at the time of filling up application form or due to error of the server.

Documents Required on Exam Day

Along with KMAT 2018 Admit Card, candidates will also be required to carry a photo-identity proof for verification purposes. Please note that if any of the candidates fails to produce KMAT 2018 Admit Card and one of the below given photo-identity proofs, then she/he will not be allowed to appear for the examination. The following photo-identity proofs are considered valid for appearing in KMAT 2018 exam:

  • Photo PAN Card issued by Govt. of India
  • Passport issued by Govt. of India
  • Voters Identity card
  • UID/Aadhar Card
  • Class X marksheet
  • Driving License

Candidates are also required to carry two passport size photographs same as pasted on KMAT 2018 Admit Card at the Test Centre for documentation purposes.


KMAT 2018 Exam Centers

During the application filling process, candidates are required to mention the name of the examination center of their choice for appearing in KMAT 2018 entrance test. It is to be noted that examination center once chosen by the candidate shall not be changed under any circumstances.

Exam Day Instructions

Candidates appearing for KMAT 2018 exam must go through the below mentioned instructions carefully to avoid any disturbance and disqualification from the exam thereafter. Some of these instructions are stated on the back of KMAT 2018 Admit Card and should be strictly followed by the candidate.

The instructions stated on admit card is as follows:

  • Details mentioned on KMAT 2018 Admit Card should be carefully checked. Any discrepancy must be immediately communicated.
  • Carry a hard copy of KMAT 2018 admit card along with required documents. If any candidate fails to carry the same, he/she may be barred from appearing in exam.
  • Candidates must show, on demand, KMAT 2018 Admit Card for admission in the examination room/hall. A candidate who does not possess KMAT 2018 Admit Card shall not be permitted for the examination under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent.
  • Candidates should reach the test venue 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the test.
  • Electronic Gadgets such as mobile phones, electronic calculators, or any other electronic devices are NOT ALLOWED in the test centre.
  • No Candidate will be allowed to carry any baggage inside the Test Center. Authorities will not be responsible for any belongings stolen or lost at the premises.
  • Candidates will be provided extra ten minutes for reading instructions on the test booklet and entering the required details.
  • No candidate will be allowed to leave the Test Center before the completion of KMAT 2018 entrance test.
  • Candidates found guilty of any unfair means will be removed immediately from the process thereafter.
