AILET 2018 Admit Card

AILET 2018 Admit card will be issued by National Law University, Delhi in the second week of April 2018. It is a very important document without which candidates cannot appear for AILET examination.

  • Those students who have applied for application form for AILET Exam must download their admit card through the official website i.e. www.nludelhi.ac.in.
  • Admit cards will only be available to eligible candidates who have successfully submitted their filled application forms.
  • Students should read all the information written on the admit card carefully before downloading it
  • Admit cards can be easily downloaded by the students by simply entering their application number or name and candidates date of birth.
  • Candidates must bring their hard copy of admit card at the time of examination.
  • Students are advised to take the printout of the admit card for their future reference
  • The admit card contains the exam details like date of exam, time and venue. It also contains the student’s details like Students name, parents name, roll no etc.

AILET is commonly known as All India Law Entrance Test which is conducted by the National Law University, Delhi. This national level law entrance examination is held every year. Those candidates who want to get admission in UG & PG law courses like BA.LLB, LL.M, and Ph.D need to clear AILET exam.


AILET 2018 Admit Card Dates

NLU University is responsible for announcing all the important dates regarding AILET 2018. The various important dates contain the track of the events and their scheduled dates. The students need to follow the below important dates to download the admit card for AILET 2018:

How to Download AILET 2018 Admit Card?

Students can get their admit card through online mode only. It can be easily downloaded from NLU Delhi official website. The admit cards are available after fifteen days from the date of closing application forms. The admit card is available for download in the second week of April 2018. No applicants are allowed to write an exam without admit card.

By following the below steps students can easily download AILET Admit card:

  • Visit the official website of AILET
  • Click on the official link of AILET 2018 Admit Card
  • Enter the personal details like Candidates Name, Application Number and Date of Birth
  • Click on the submit button

After clinking on the button, the admit card will be displayed on the screen. Students can download and take a printout of the admit card for their future use.

Details on Admit Card

Admit card contains candidate’s details that they entered during the application process. The details mentioned on the admit card are as following:

  • Candidates Name
  • Examination date
  • Category
  • Students Roll Number
  • Exam time
  • Examination venue
  • Students photograph
  • Applicants Signature
  • Registration Number
  • Duration of Test
  • Programme applied for
  • Reporting time

Students are advised to check all the details carefully before downloading the admit card. Candidates without admit card are not allowed in the examination centre.

Discrepancy in AILET 2018 Admit Card

Those candidates whose details on admit card do not match can report the university authorities immediately. If the discrepancy is related to the student’s photograph, printed information on the admit card can contact the NLU Delhi Examination department on the below Helpline numbers and address:

Documents Required with AILET 2018 Admit Card

To avoid any kind of problem on the examination day students must bring the following documents at the time of examination along with the admit card. Along with the original documents students must take one set of photocopies of all the original documents.

  • Admit card/ Hall Ticket
  • One Valid ID proof (PAN Card/ Voter Card/ Driving Licence/ Aadhra Card)
  • Passport size photograph similar to the photo uploaded at the time of submitting application form

Admit card will not be sent through post or courier. Students can check the notification regarding admit card from its official NLU University website.


AILET 2018 Exam Centres

NLU conducts AILET 2018 exams across 19 cities of India. Students have the rights to choose the exam centre according to their choice at the time of filling the application form. Students must be very careful while selecting the centre because once it is selected cannot be changed later. The examination venue will be mentioned on the e-admit card.

Exam Day Instruction

The exam day instructions are written on the back side of the Admit cards. Applicants must read these instructions carefully before going to the exam to avoid any disturbance on the examination day.

Following are the set mandatory instructions that students must follow on the examination day.

  • Candidates shall report the assigned exam centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement of examination
  • Applicants are not allowed to enter the exam centre 15 minutes after the commencement of test
  • Electronics devices are not allowed to the examination hall like a calculator or mobile phone etc.
  • Candidates can bring the given articles to the examination hall like Admit card, Black HB Pencil, Sharpener, Eraser, and Ball Point Pen.
  • Students are not allowed to leave the exam centre until all the test booklets and OMR sheets have been collected by the Invigilator.
  • Admit card printout is mandatory
  • Students must attach the same passport size photograph on the admit card as one uploaded at the time of submission of application form
