OJEE 2018 Admit Card

OJEE 2018 Admit Card will be released in the month of April 2018. Candidates who have successfully registered for OJEE 2018 will be issued admit cards by Odisha Board. They can access Admit Card for OJEE 2018 by downloading it from the official website www.ojee.nic.in . No student will receive the admit card by post.

Aspirants can log on to the official website and enter their Registration Number and Password to download the admit card. Each applicant must have 2 copies of the admit card which should be brought to the exam to the exam centre. No applicant will be allowed to enter the exam centre without their hall ticket. Admit cards will be verified by the invigilators. In case there is any discrepancy in the admit card, the organizing authority should be notified immediately.

OJEE (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination) is a state level entrance exam conducted by Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board. OJEE 2018 is scheduled to be held in the month of May 2018.


OJEE 2018 Important Dates

OJEE 2018 Admit Card will be available from the second week of April 2018. It can be downloaded from the official website. Aspirants are advised to download the admit card as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute rush. The important dates regarding release of admit card and other processes are given below:

How to Download OJEE 2018 Admit Card/ Hall Ticket?

The admit card is a document which certifies candidature and assigns roll number of the student. It can be downloaded from the official OJEE website. If the page does not load, try again after a few minutes. Admit cards will not be sent by post to any applicant. Candidates who fail to produce their admit card at the exam centre will not be able to appear for the exam and will be disqualified.

Aspirants must carry 2 copies of the admit card, both of which will be duly signed by the invigilator. OJEE 2018 Admit Card can be downloaded by following these few easy steps:

  • Log on to the official website of OJEE- www.ojee.nic.in
  • Select the link ‘OJEE 2018 Admit Card
  • Aspirants will be required to enter their login credentials on the page that opens.
  • Enter the application number, password and security pin.
  • Admit card will appear on the computer screen.
  • Download the admit card and print two copies it.

Details on OJEE 2018 Admit Card/ Hall Ticket

Aspirants must check the details given on the admit card before downloading it. They must ensure that the photograph and signatures are properly visible. During the examination, the invigilator will check details given on the admit card to verify identity of the applicant. In case there are any mistakes which needs rectification, contact OJEE authority immediately.

The admit card will contain following details:

  • Candidate’s Name
  • Father’s name
  • Date and Time of Examination
  • Roll number
  • Registration Number
  • Mailing Address
  • Category
  • PwD Candidate (if applicable)
  • Date of birth
  • Candidate’s signature
  • Candidate’s photograph
  • Name and address of examination center allotted to the student.
  • Medium of Question Paper

Discrepancy in OJEE 2018 Admit Card

If candidate finds any discrepancy in the details given in OJEE Admit Card, then candidate must contact the authorities before the stipulated time i.e. April 30, 2018. Aspirants can mail at odishaojee@gmail.com to register their complaints. The contact details of OJEE head office are given below:

Documents required with Admit Card

Applicants must carry 2 copies of OJEE 2018 Admit Card, 1 passport size photograph (same as that used for registration) and an original identity proof. They can get any one of the following documents as photo identity proof:

  • Aadhar Card
  • Voter’s ID
  • College/ University ID
  • Driving License
  • PAN Card

OJEE 2018 Exam Centers

OJEE 2018 will be held in more than 25 cities across Odisha. Aspirants will be given a choice to select the city preferred by them. The final exam centers will be generated by the system and no request for any changes will be entertained under any circumstance. OJEE will be held in the following cities:

Exam Day Instructions

The applicants must follow some instructions to ensure smooth running of the exam process:

  • Candidates must reach their designated OJEE 2018 centre an hour before the exam timing.
  • Students will be allowed to enter the exam hall 30 minutes prior to the exam.
  • They must bring 2 copies of their admit card, original identity proof, 1 photograph and black/ blue ball pen.
  • Both copies of admit card will be signed by the invigilator. Candidates must submit one copy in the exam hall and retain the other copy.
  • No student should tamper with the admit card or change any entry made therein after it has been authenticated.
  • OJEE 2018 Admit Card is not transferable to any other person. Any such act of impersonation will be legally punished.
  • Aspirants will not be allowed to carry any materials like slide rules, calculators and log tables, electronic watches with facilities of calculator, bits of paper, mobile phones or pagers.
  • Attendance will be taken by the invigilators on the attendance sheets and applicants will have to put their full signatures against their corresponding roll numbers. They will also be required to provide their left hand thumb impression in the designated space provided on the attendance sheet.
  • Students should enter their registration number, answer sheet number and question series number against their roll number in the sheet that will be provided to them in the exam hall.
  • No individual will be permitted to create any disturbance inside the examination hall. Any gesture or communication between students will be treated as breach of rules and action will be taken accordingly.
  • They can approach the Centre Superintendent/ Invigilator in the room for any technical assistance, first aid emergency or any information regarding the exam.
  • Aspirants will not be permitted to leave the exam venue before the exam time is concluded.
  • Guardians, parents or friends accompanying the applicants will not be allowed inside the premises of exam center.
