OJEE 2017 Admit Card

The Odisha board released OJEE 2017 Admit Card today at ojee.nic.in. Candidates can download it from the official website by entering their Registration Number and password till April 25, 2017. It is mandatory to carry two copies of OJEE Admit Card 2017 to the examination center. Center invigilators will sign on both the admit cards. If any candidate finds an error in the admit card or is unable to download the admit card, he/she should immediately contact OJEE Board latest by April 30, 2017.

OJEEE (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination) is a state level entrance exam conducted by OJEEB (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board). OJEE 2017 is scheduled to be held on May 14, 2017. It is conducted to admit eligible candidates in first-year degree courses in homeopathy, Ayurveda, pharmacy integrated MBA. It also held for lateral entry admissions to engineering, pharmacy, MCA, and PG programs (M.  Tech, M. Arch., M. Pharma. etc.).

OJEE 2017 is a pen and paper based exam conducted in three shifts. The allotment of shift will be based on the type of course, opted by the candidate. A candidate has to appear for the exam in two slots depending upon the courses.These exam sessions are divided into 1-hour and 2-hour session. All the questions asked in this exam are of objective type (Multiple Choice Questions). Each correct answer is awarded 4 marks while one mark is deducted for each wrong answer.


How to download OJEE Admit Card 2017

OJEE 2017 Admit Card is available on the official website from April 20, 2017 to April 25, 2017. The admit card is an important document that must be carried to the exam center along with an original identity proof. Invigilators will cross check the admit card to verify the candidate’s identity. Failure to bring any of these two documents may lead to disqualification of the candidate. Candidates can download OJEE 2017 Admit Card by following the steps given below:

  • Visit the official website- www.ojee.nic.in
  • Click on the link “OJEE 2017 Admit Card
  • Login page will open, enter your registration number and password
  • Admit card will appear on your screen
  • Download and print two copies of the admit card

Note: Candidates must print two copies of the admit card. OJEEB has made it mandatory for center invigilators will sign on both the admit cards.


Details on OJEE 2017 Admit Card

Candidates must check details on the admit card before downloading it. Make sure the photograph and signature are properly visible. During the examination, the invigilator will check it to verify the identity of the candidate. The admit card will contain following details of candidate and exam venue:

Name of the candidate

  • Father’s name
  • Date and timing of Examination
  • Roll number of the candidate
  • Registration Number
  • Address of the Candidate
  • Category
  • Subcategory (if applicable)
  • Date of birth
  • Candidate’s signature
  • Candidate’s photograph
  • Name and address of examination center allotted to the candidate.
  • Medium of Question Paper

Discrepancy in OJEE Admit Card 2017

If any candidate finds an error in the admit card or is unable to download the admit card, he/she must immediately contact OJEE head office to rectify it before April 30, 2017.

Documents Required on OJEE 2017 Exam Day

Candidates must bring at least one photo bearing identity proofs along with OJEE 2017 Admit Card. Candidates can one of the following photo bearing identity proofs:

  • Driving License
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Voter Card
  • College/University ID Card
  • Income Tax PAN Card

Instructions on OJEE Admit Card 2017

Candidates are advised to go through the following instructions before appearing for the exam to avoid any possibility of Disqualification.

  • Candidates must reach the exam center 1 hour before the commencement of the examination.
  • Candidates will only be allowed to enter the exam hall 20 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
  • Admit cards along with an original identity proof must be presented before entering the examination hall.
  • Signature and photograph of the candidate on the OJEE 2017 Admit Card should be clear.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam venue before the exam is concluded.
  • Mobile phone, calculators, digital watches (apple watches) and other such electronic devices are not allowed inside the exam center.
  • Guardians, parents or friends accompanying the candidate won’t be allowed inside the premises of exam center.
  • OJEE 2017 is an offline exam. All candidates are advised to bring their own stationary to avoid the possibility of panic during the last minutes of the exam.

Candidates should not bring any valuables or costly items to the Examination halls. If any item is lost, the board will not be held responsible. It is advised to candidates to look beneath the seats they are sitting on before the commencement of examination. Any paper found near the candidate may lead to disqualification of the candidate.
