  • IIM Rohtak is the coordinating body for admissions for 2018-2020 batch. It acts on behalf of the 9 IIMs which does not include the older IIMs.
  • After completion of PI and WAT rounds, a composite score is calculated and based on this composite score, a final merit list is prepared.
  • Factors influencing the composite score include CAT percentile, PI score, WAT score, Performance in Undergraduate level, Master’s Degree or Professional Qualification, Work Experience and Gender Diversity.

This year, IIM Rohtak will conduct PI & WAT of shortlisted candidates on behalf of the 9 new IIMs viz. PI/WAT Venues and Process

Candidates shortlisted for P/WAT rounds based on CAT percentile will be required to appear for the Personal Interview (PI) and Written Analysis Test (WAT).

Apart from CAT percentile, the PI and WAT rounds have a huge bearing on the IIM Trichy admission criteria for the Post Graduate Program.

Personal Interview (PI) round is designed to test candidates in their various interpersonal skills, soft skills and the extent of their technical and problem-solving skills.

Writing Analysis Test (WAT) aims to measure candidates in their grip over vocabulary along with the presence of necessary content. Candidates are also judged based on the quality of written content.

The PI and WAT rounds will be held at the following venues-
