Apply to Top B-Schools through CAT 2016

The growing popularity of MBA and other management courses among the youth has made the way to IIMs even harder.  But with the advent of this growing popularity, lot of institutes have made themselves to be at par with the IIMs. Some of these B-schools through CAT are considered even better than most IIMs.

The application process to these institutes is in online mode with an exception of LIBA Chennai. Candidates can apply for LIBA Chennai in Offline Mode as well.

The top 10 B-Schools apart from IIMs are


FMS, Delhi

Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi is one of the most sought after institutes and a pioneer management organisations. The placement at FMS, Delhi is well known for being one of the best in the country making this elite organisation the dream college of every MBA aspirant. However, the seats at FMS are limited and thus, the competition is high. The regular MBA program at FMS offers only 101 seats including 50 reserved seats.

FMS Delhi recently introduced change in its selection process. As quoted by the FMS, Delhi Dean, Dr. M R Singla “A composite score shall be computed providing 30%, 30%, and 40% weight to QA, DI/LR and VRC sections respectively.”

The Application of FMS Delhi should be completed online at their Official website. Basic Educational Eligibility is 50% for the general category candidates and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/CW category. FMS accepts applications from CAT applicants only. The candidates appearing for their final year of examination i.e. can also apply for FMS, Delhi. The final admission depends on CAT Cutoff and their performance in all the GD-PI Rounds.

The other important factors in the FMS selection process are the academic profile and work experience.
