STATE LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
JEECE 2017 Result will be released on May 22, 2017 (Expected). Candidates who will appear for the examination on May 7, 2017 can obtain their results from the official website of JCECE Board in fourth week of May, 2017. Applicants can check their PCM group result from the official portal, visit the official website i.e. http://jceceb.nic.in click on result tab and enter your login id and password. The result will be declared in the form of merit list.
The cut off is determined on the basis of number of candidates appeared for JEECE 2017 exam, level of difficulty and availability of seats. The admission to the candidate will be given on the basis of cut off. Candidates who will successfully qualify the JEECE 2017 Exam will go for the JEECE counselling process.
The counselling will be conducted in two rounds. After the declaration of JCECE 2017 Results, the shortlisted candidates will have to attend first round of counselling as per the information provided on the board website. If the seats remain vacant, second round of counselling will be conducted.
JEECE 2017 Result will be declared in the fourth week of May, 2017 on the official website of JCECE. JCECE board will releases separate merit list as well as category merit list for all the candidates, candidates who appear JEECE 2017 can check their rank from the merit list.
After the declaration of final result, JCECEB will announce the JEECE Cut off and merit list in which shortlisted candidates name and roll no. will be displayed. The candidates who score minimum cut off marks will be given admission to the participating colleges. The exam is conducted for admission to BE/ B.Tech programs.
Steps to Check JEECE 2017 Result
JCECE Board displays the JEECE 2017 answer key for on their official website. Candidates can check their responses against this answer key. One mark will be awarded for every correct response while 0.25 marks will be deducted for incorrect responses. The answer key is expected to be uploaded on the website before the declaration of result.
Applicants are required to know that answer key will be evaluated with extreme care. Therefore, rechecking of answer sheet will not be considered. Applicants cannot apply for rechecking of the answer sheet.
The JCECE Board will prepare the combined merit list as well as category wise merit list for candidates who appeared for JEECE 2017 exam. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of performance of candidates in the examination. A list of appeared candidates in order of merit based on the score obtained in the examination will be prepared by the board of JCECE for the purpose of allotment of seats.
There might be situation, where two or more candidates appearing in JEECE 2017 might have equal scores. In such cases, a tie breaking standards are set by the JCECE Board. Listed below are the set standards that will be followed.
JCECE Board releases merit list or cut off marks for all the candidates on their website. Cut off is the minimum marks required to qualify an exam.
