IRMA Admissions 2017: Application Forms Out, Apply Now!

Candidates who are aspiring to build their career in Rural Management has to wait no more for the applications. Recently, IRMA, Institute of Rural Management Anand has invited applications for admission in its Postgraduate Programme in Rural Management (PRM). The applications are for the academic session 2016-18. The course is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the duration of the programme is two years.

IRMA (Institute of Rural Management Anand) conducts Issues of Social Concern (ISC) Examination for admission to Post Graduate Programme in Rural Management (PRM) and Fellow Programme in Rural Management (FPRM). The candidates require to appear in CAT 2016/XAT 2017to stand eligible for IRMA Examination.

Candidate can read on to know the important dates and IRMA Application  to attain admission for its PRM course. The aspirants are being notified to apply before December 23.

Eligibility Criteria for PRM Course

Candidate can check the below mentioned eligibility criteria to get a clear understanding on who can apply for the programme and who could not!

  • Candidate should have passed a graduate in any disciplines, with minimum of 15 years (10+2+3) of education
  • He/ she must have obtained at least 50% marks (for General Candidates) and 45% marks (for SC/ ST and DAP Candidates) or equivalent CGPA from recognized University/ Institute
  • Candidates, who expect that they can fulfill the eligibility criteria before June 13, 2017 are also eligible to apply

IRMA Application form- Mandatory Documents

  • Graduation Degree
  • Scanned photograph and signature (should not be more than 1 MB). File should be in JPG/ JPEG format
  • Size of the Photograph must not be more than (150 x 180) pixels
  • Size of the Signature photo should not be more than (150 x 70) pixels

Candidates can apply online on the official website. Below are the steps which a candidate can crosscheck while applying for IRMA application.

  • Open the official website of IRMA and click on ‘Apply Online’
  • Upload the scanned photograph and signature (should not be more than 1 MB). File should be in JPG/ JPEG format
  • Size of the Photograph must not be more than (150 x 180) pixels
  • Size of the Signature photo should not be more than (150 x 70) pixels
  • Enter CAT / XAT Registration Number
  • Make the payment online

IRMA Selection Procedure

The candidates will be selected on the basis of their CAT 2016/XAT 2017 scores. After considering the score, the next consists of admission test, group activity and personal interview.

After clearing all the stages, candidate will be considered for IRMA admission.

How to apply for CAT?

Firstly, candidate has to register himself in order to generate Log in ID and password. After you have successfully completed the registration process, you can move on to filling the CAT Application Form. Form filling is the most essential part of application process. You should read the information bulletin carefully and fill in the application form accordingly in order to avoid rejection.

How to apply for XAT?

XAT 2017 scores are also considered for IRMA admissions. XAT 2017 Application process has started from August 17, 2016 and the candidates are required to fill the XAT 2017 Application Form online on the official website of XAT. The candidates should carefully follow the XAT Application steps to minimize the possibilities of rejection of the application form.
