what would be if not qualifies for all india 15% quota? May i suppose to apply for rest 85% seats in the domicile state or any other state of choice?

04 Feb, 2017 22:39

Hi Ravi, AIPMT is now changed to NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) and some amendments in exam format have been made by the Hon. Supreme Court from 2016. Under NEET exam, candidates can seek admission in any private/govt. medical or dental college of India (except AIIMS & JIMPER). As per Supreme Court norms, candidates must have qualified AIQ (All India Quota) to get a seat through AIQ 15% in other states and candidates who have qualified NEET exam can apply for admission in medical/dental colleges in their respective states. Is there any change in the pattern

24 Feb, 2017 16:02

Hi Karan, AIQ is Constituted for those NEET qualified candidates, who want seat in college of another state. Every government college has to allot 15% of available seats to the student, belong to other state and rest of 85% are reserved for domicile students. Please note – candidates of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and J&K are not eligible for AIQ.

24 Feb, 2017 18:38

Hi Palak, when you make payment on official website, there will be given option for online or offline payment, you just need to click on online button. After selecting online, a page will be appeared and you will find gateways of payment by credit card, debit card, e-challan and Paytm. Thus you can choose Paytm option and make payment by e-wallet.

24 Feb, 2017 18:45

Hi Deepak, no, there is no change in the pattern of the exam, it is just like AIPMT. The syllabus and time duration are same as before. NEET exam have been conducted by CBSE and follows the syllabus of NCERT books as AIPMT and you need to go thoroughly the subjects Physics, chemistry and Biology through NCERT books.

24 Feb, 2017 18:53

can I take admission in B. pharm through NEET

24 Feb, 2017 16:03
Ruby Goyal

Is there any provision for re- checking of answer sheet?

24 Feb, 2017 16:04

Hi Arindam, No, JIMPER doesn’t accept the NEET score to MBBS admission as JIMPER established by a separated act, it doesn’t come under the rules and regulations of NEET. For MBBS admission, JiMPER conducts own entrance test ‘JIMPER MBBS”and the registration going to be started from march of 27, 2017and the last date of application is May of 3, 2017.

24 Feb, 2017 18:41

Hi Ruby, well, as per the Supreme Court orders NEET will be conducted for Medical/dental admissions only. There is no need to appear in NEET to get admission in any Pharmacy course. But yes, you might have to appear in the entrance exam for pharmacy admission if University/College conducts the test on their own level.

24 Feb, 2017 18:47

Hi Ruby, no, as per the norms, there is not such a provision for re-checking answer sheets. However candidate can submit their presentation against the OMR grading by paying INR.1000 for per response challenged. If the challenged response will be accepted by the board then paid amount will be refunded to the candidate.
