MU OET 2017 Exam Pattern

Manipal University Online Entrance Test is an exam held by Manipal University for admission to various undergraduate and post-graduate courses. The MU OET  is an online exam which will be held between April 24, 2017 and May 17, 2017.

The MU OET 2017 exam will have 200 multiple choice questions and will be divided into four sections. The exam does not consist of negative marking. The MU OET 2017 syllabus consists of major topics of subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and General Aptitude. To excel in the MU OET 2017 Exam, candidates must prepare properly. MU OET 2017 Test Score

The MU OET 2017 exam is an online exam where the candidates will visit the allotted centre on the day of the exam. In the examination hall, each candidate will get a computer on which the exam will take place.

Candidates will attempt question and choose on correct answer from the four options given. Candidates can also look through all questions before attempting the exam. Once the candidate completes their exam, they will be able to view their test score. Candidates will immediately take a print out of their score in the presence of the invigilator. However, official merit list will also be uploaded by the university.

MU OET 2017 Syllabus

The MU OET Syllabus is based on the syllabus of 10+2 board/ Examination. The MU OET 2017 exam will be divided into four sections, Mathematics, Chemistry, English and General Aptitude and Physics. The detailed syllabi for MU OET 2017 B.Tech exam is as follows:

Instructions for the MU OET 2017 Exam day Instructions

Since the MU OET 2017 Exam is an online exam, there are certain important points and instructions which the candidate must keep in mind:

  • Candidates must have basic knowledge of the computer. Candidates will be required to use mouse/ keyboard to attempt the questions appearing on the monitor.
  • In the examination centre, each candidate will be allotted a computer to give the test.
  • Candidates must make sure that their computer is working. If there is any problem, they should contact the invigilator immediately.
  • Each question in the exam will have four possible answers. Candidates will choose the correct answer by clicking the button next to every answer option.
  • For rough work, candidates will be given sheets of paper in the examination hall. Candidates will not carry any rough paper for doing the rough work.
  • After the candidate has completed the test, they will be able to see their test score. Students will print their test score in the presence of the invigilator.
