MAT Exam Centers - December 2016 Session

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA is scheduled on December 11, 2016 (Pen & Paper based test) and December 17, 2016 (Computer Based test). Candidates appearing for MAT in December, 2016 should go through the MAT 2016 Exam Centers. There are total 41 exam cities for MAT 2016 which also include 2 international test cities. The candidates who have completed their graduation or in the last year of graduation can apply for MAT Exam. Check MAT Cutoff

MAT December 2016 Exam Centers

Candidate must indicate the preference for the exam city while filling-in application form. They will have to opt for the exam centers based on the exam mode they prefer. MAT 2016 will have 27 exam centers for only Paper based mode and 12 exam centers for paper or computer based mode. For preparing for MAT, candidates should go through the MAT 2016 Exam Pattern  and its Paper Analysis.

Candidate can indicate two choices for exam centers in the application form, in order of their preference.The exam center opted by the candidate will be mentioned on the MAT 2016 Admit Card. Candidates applying from abroad can opt for Dubai or Singapore to appear for the exam. The detailed list is provided in the table below:

The candidates will pick two exam cities in order of preference as indicated in the image below. There will be a separate section for Test Center Details in the online application form. The exam center will be allotted by AIMA on the basis of preference given by the candidate in the application form. Candidates should save their choices of exam centers in case of making any update in the application form, else their last submitted choices will be considered as final.

NOTE

  1. The Computer Based Test will be completed on  December 17, 2016 itself, in case, the number of applicants for computer based test is limited and could be accommodated in a single day.
  2. In case, the number of candidates appearing for computer based test is too low at a particular test center, than the candidates will have to appear for the paper based test on December 11, 2016 at the same center.

Do’s and Don’ts at the MAT 2016 Exam Center

Do’s

  1. Reach Exam Center at least 30 minutes prior to the commencement of exam.
  2. Remember to carry Admit Card as without it the candidate will not be allowed to appear in MAT 2016.
  3. Please go through the sitting arrangement and note down your room number and other relevant information that will help you in locating your seat.
  4. Candidates should carry one of the following documents along with them to the designated exam center.
    1. Aadhar Card
    2. PAN Card
    3. Voter Card
    4. Passport
  5. Follow the instructions given by invigilator in the exam hall.

Don’ts

  1. Make sure you are not carrying any paper or electronic device/gadget (like calculator, mobile phone, digital watch, etc.). In case, a candidate is caught in possession of these things, he/she may be debarred from taking the exam.
  2. There will be no arrangement for keeping any article/items belonging to the candidates.
  3. Don’t mark any answer partially. Please follow the instructions given by the invigilator while marking the answers.
  4. Candidates reaching exam halls post 30 minutes from the commencement of exam will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
