Haryana LEET 2017 Application Process
The registration for Haryana LEET 2017 will start April 26, 2017 and last till May 18, 2017. You have to fill an online application form in order to appear for LEET exam. The general category students are required to pay INR 500 for the Haryana LEET 2017 Application form whereas reserved category (SC/BC/ EBP/PH/FF/ESM/GIRLS/KM/TFW) students are required to pay INR 200.
Candidates need to pay the applicationfees through offline mode only. You need to upload recent passport-size colored photograph and specimen signature during online application process.Haryana State Technical Education Society conducts entrance exam known as Haryana LEET (Lateral Entry Entrance Test) in order to provide admission in second year (or third semester) of B.Tech or B.E courses in technical institutes of Haryana. Candidates looking for a college change or a course change after completing one year in some other college can apply for this entrance exam. Haryana LEET 2017 test centers are in Kurukshetra, Rohtak, Hisar, Sonipat and Ambala.

How to Apply for Haryana LEET 2017
The application form of LEET 2017 is available from April 26, 2017 and the submissions must be made till May 18, 2017. You must fill the online form very cautiously and need to follow the steps mentioned below:
Visit the official website www.onlinetesthry.nic.in to receive the official notification of availability of forms and to also fill the same online.
Register on the website and must fill allthe basic details for registration like name, father or mother’s name, date of birth, address, phone number etc. on the first page.
Login to the official site of the HSTES and fill the application form available very carefully. If you make mistakes they cannot be corrected later on.
Select the desired course.
Post filling the details, upload your recent colored passport size photograph which has JPEG File Max 50 Kb size on the application form and your own specimen signature, also of JPEG file Max 50 Kb on the online application form. Ensure that it’s your own signature and photo as incorrect information will not be entertained and you will have to submit a fresh application form.
After this, submit the application fee through e-challan which will be generated while you are filling the application form. It is advised that you take a print out of the e-challan and then, deposit the applicable fee in the any branch of Punjab National Bank or Axis Bank, just to be secure about the payment.
Generate an e-challan of the selected bank from the website: www.onlinetesthry.gov.in.
Take the printout of e-challan and should deposit the applicable fee (OLET fee or Application fee) on the very next day when e-Challan was generated in the designated bank. Receive the receipt of fee duly stamped by the bank.
Take a print out of the application form and secure it with you for future purposes.
The application number generated must be kept secure by either taking a print out of the form or by noting it down as it will be required for future use in following ways:
It will be used when you have to download your HLEET 2017 Admit Card. The hall ticket which will come online will require you to enter your application number and date of birth, in order for you to download it.
When the results are out, you will have to look through the merit list by locating your application number. If the link is given to the result, then you must enter in using all the credentials, including the application number.
After the result are declared, for counseling sessions as well, you require to keep your application number safe with you so that you can check when or where your counseling will take place.
A unique application number will be generated after submission of the application form for all the candidates including Kashmiri Migrants which will be used by the candidate for correspondence with HSTES, Panchkula.
Candidates need to fill correct information in the form or else they will be responsible for incorrect result or rank or would lead to debarring from entrance test.
There will be choices given for OLET centers which are also given on the web page below along with their center codes and you require submitting 3 choices. You will be allotted the OLET center according to the availability of seat to give the test, otherwise, any center will be allotted.
The candidate shall be notified about all the important dates of application form availability, exam dates and submission, which must be done by last week of April 2017.

Haryana LEET 2017 Eligibility
You need to fulfill the eligibility criteria in order to apply in the entrance exam as well as secure admission in Haryana colleges. Below are the mentioned criteria:
Students holding Diploma in Engineering/ Technology (3 years or more)must have an aggregate of 45% marks and for reserved candidates it is 42.75% marks i.e. SC category, from Haryana State Board of Technical Education and its equivalent examination.
Students with B.Sc. Degree must have at least 45% marks (42.75 % marks reserved category) from a recognized University as defined by UGC and should have passed 12th class examination with mathematics as one of their subjects.
Candidates who are from the B.Sc. stream, must clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics/Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year engineering programme along with the 2nd year subjects or should hold diploma in Architecture Engineering of minimum 3 years. Although, candidates who sustain a Diploma in Architecture are eligible to seek admission under Lateral Entry Program only for B.E/B.Tech. Civil Engineering.
There could be a change in minimum academic qualification for private institute for the session 2014-15, and if it is so, it will be incorporated at the time of counseling.
Kashmiri immigrants applying for the entrance exam must hold the original certificate of migration which is duly signed by the authorized authority or Relief Commissioner. The relaxation in the cut-off percentage for all the KM candidates applying is up to 10% with respect to above mentioned aggregate for general category. If in case, there is a tie between two candidates as they scored similar marks in the entrance exam, it will be broken up as mentioned below:
Candidate with higher marks in the aggregate of 10th exam will rank higher in merit list.
The candidate who is elder in age shall rank upper in order of merit.
Age limit for applying in Haryana LEET 2017 is 16 years to 21 years.
Post payment and filling the details in the application form, the candidate is required to upload clearly scanned images of the following documents in the desired format and size:
Application Fee for Haryana LEET 2017
An application fee needs to be paid during the registration process in a selected bank through generated e-challan. The fee for general category is INR 500 whereas the fee for all the reserved categories (SC/ST/ OBC) mentioned by the government is INR 200.
Your application fee will not be refunded, once it is paid.
The mode of payment will be e-challan. An e-challan of the selected bank for depositing the entrance test fee or application fee will be generated by the candidate from the website: www.onlinetesthry.gov.in. The candidate needs to take the printout of e-challan and should deposit the applicable fee (OLET fee or Application fee) on next day of e-Challan generation in the designated bank and should receive the receipt of duly stamped by the bank.
Exam Centers and Center Code
Following is the list for online test conducting centers and you need to give your preferences accordingly while submitting the application form.
For the payment of the application fee, an e-challan of the selected bank for depositing the application fee should be generated by the candidate from the website: www.onlinetesthry.gov.in. The candidates are required to take a printout of e-challan and deposit the fee for the Online Lateral Entry Test (OLET) on the next day of its generation.
The e-challan must be submitted in the Punjab National Bank or Axis Bank. A receipt stamped by the bank will be provided to the candidate.
The candidate needs to upload his/her recent passport size Colored Photograph and Specimen of the Signature in JPEG format of not more than 50Kb on the online application form.
It is necessary to deposit the correct amount of application fee to secure the candidature.
The candidate must verify the details entered and the documents uploaded correctly. In case of any incorrect information, the candidate is required to apply for a fresh application and will have to pay the fee for the same again.
The HLEET Admit Cardis necessary for appearing in the On-line Entrance Test. It can be downloaded by the candidates from the official website i.e. www.onlinetesthry.gov.in.
The HLEET 2017 Admit Card contains the Roll no and HLEET 2017 Exam Center. The test center allotted to the candidate cannot be changed.
Candidates including Kashmiri Migrant (KM) and Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) also need tofill the online application form on www.onlinetesthry.gov.in. They will attain uniqueapplication form number after they have submitted the online application form. The uniqueapplication form number could also be needed by the candidate for any correspondence with HSTES in Panchkula.
