KCET (KEA) 2017 HOW TO APPLY
STATE LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
KEA conducts KCET or Karnataka Common Entrance Test for admission to professional courses in various private and government colleges in the state of Karnataka. The online application process starts from January 27, 2017 and the last date to enter application details online is February 27, 2017. The last date to make the fee payment at the bank is March 03, 2017. The admit card will be available for downloading from 4th Week of March, 2017.
The CET (Common Entrance Test ) is conducted for admission to courses in several streams such as Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Unani, Naturopathy and Yoga, Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Farm Sciences.
KCET 2017 is scheduled to be conducted on May 02, 2017 And May 03, 2017. The steps wise details to apply for KCET is mentioned below for the reference of candidates.

Note: If the candidate has forgotten his/her password, then they must click on forgot password tab. After clicking on this, a new password can be created by entering the details like User Name, Application No. and the secret answer. The candidate will be then redirected to a new webpage where a new password can be created easily.

The application fee is to be submitted by the candidate once the online application process is completed. The fee is submitted through a bank challan at the respective bank branch. After completing the application process, the candidate is required to print the bank challan which is in triplicate. These three copies are the bank copy, the candidate copy and the KEA copy.
The candidate is required to submit the fee at the specified bank branch. After the payment is done, the bank official shall keep the bank copy with himself/herself and return the two other copies to the candidate.
The application fee for candidates of Karnataka origin is:

|PU or 12th Standard studied in State other than Karnataka||Rs.750/-|

Once the declaration is submitted, no further changes in the application form can be made. The candidates are then required to download and print the bank challan and make the payment at the respective bank branch.
The payment shall be done at the specified bank branch with the help of the challan. The candidate shall be returned two copies of the challan, i.e. the candidate copy and the KEA copy once the payment is done and the bank official shall keep the bank copy.
After the payment of fees, the candidate is required to take a print of the application form on an A-4 sheet and affix the recent passport size photograph, signature, left hand thumb impression on the space provided for the same.
The candidates are then supposed to get the application form duly attested by the Principal from the college where they have studied 2nd PUC or 12th Standard. The space is provided on the form for Principal seal and signature. The attestation can also be done by Gazetted Officer in the space provided.
This original copy of the attested form must be retained by the candidate and must be produced at the time of the document verification along with the copy of the KEA Challan Copy.
