JELET 2018 Admit Card

JELET 2018 Admit Card will be issued by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board for appearing in JELET 2018 entrance test.

  • JELET 2018 Admit card will be available on the official web portal www.wbjeeb.in on June, 2018.
  • Aspirants need to carry the original printed hard copy of the admit card to the examination center on the day of the examination.
  • The exam authority input information on the admit card on the basis of the details provided by the candidate at the time of filling of the Application Form.
  • Admit cards if found mutilated or distorted or soiled even by accident will not be accepted and the candidate are likely to be forbidden for appearing in JELET 2018 entrance.
  • Duplicate admit cards will not be generated under any circumstances. Thus, it is advisable for the candidate to retain their admit cards with utmost safety and care. 

JELET (Joint Entrance Examination for Lateral Entry) is the gateway for admission to the 2nd year graduation courses in Engineering or Pharmacy or Technology. It is conducted by (WBJEEB) West Bengal Joint Entrance Engineering Board.


Dates for JELET 2018 Admit Card

JELET 2018 Admit card will be available WBJEE website www.wjeeb.in. Applicants should follow the below table for the details of the events and the dates:

How to Download JELET 2018 Admit Card?

JELET 2018 Admit Card will be generated on the above-mentioned date online of the official website of the exam conducting authority. In order to download the admit card the candidates need to follow the given steps:

  • Candidates need to log on to the official website, www.wbjeeb.in
  • Provide registration ID and Date of Birth.
  • The admit card will be displayed on the screen
  • Download and take a print out of the same

Candidates also need to carry the admit card on the day of the examination.

Before downloading the admit card the applicants must go though the following instructions:

  • Applicants must ensure that the admit card is not mutilated or distorted or soiled even by accident. Candidates with such admit cards will be barred from appearing in JELET 2018.
  • Duplicate admit card will not issued once the examination is over. Thus, it is recommended to keep the admit cards in a safe place and in undamaged conditions for future reference.
  • WBJEE does not cross check all the information provided by the candidate during the application submission procedure. The information on the admit cards are issued on the basis of the information as provided by the candidate during application form submission.
  • The verification of the information will be done during the counseling or admission procedure by the concerned authority.

Discrepancy on Admit Card

After completion of downloading JELET 2018 Admit Card, candidates must go through all the information in order to ensure that all the information it contains are error free. In case any discrepancy is noticed the aspirant must submit details through the feedback link. The feedback link will be provided in the admit card download window.

Candidates who fail to download the admit card due to invalid entry must contact the board office within the specified time along with the relevant documents if they are not satisfied with the validation.

Documents Required with JELET 2018 Admit Card

Candidates need to carry the following documents in order to enter the examination hall:

  • A hard copy of JELET 2018 Admit Card
  • A copy of colored photograph uploaded during online application
  • Any photo identity card in original such as Aadhar card/ Pan card/ Passport/ 10th standard admit card/ School-ID card

JELET 2018 Exam Centers

During the online form submission procedure, candidate has to choose any two of the following examination centers. The allocation of the examination center will be generally provided on the basis of the first choice as mentioned by the candidates.

No request for change of examination center is granted after the completion of application form submission.

Exam Day Instructions

There are few instructions given by WBJEEB which has to be followed by candidates on the exam day:

  • Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination center 30 minutes before commencement of the test.
  • Be sure about the exact location of your examination center and means of commuting in order to avoid any inconvenience on the day of examination.
  • No candidate will be allowed to seat for the test in any center other than the one allotted to him/her & mentioned in the admit card.
  • Frisking may be carried out while entering the center for checking prohibited objects.
  • Candidates are advised to take their seats at least 15 minutes before the test.
  • No candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall beyond the scheduled time of commencement of the test under any circumstances.
  • Candidates are allowed not to carry any written or printed material, calculator, pen, log table, wristwatch, any communication device like mobile phones, etc. inside the examination hall. Any candidate found with such items will be reported against and his/her candidature will be summarily cancelled.
