ITSAT 2018 Result

ITSAT 2018 Results will be announced in the last week of May 2018. It will be announced on the official website of the ICFAI Foundation of Higher Education,

  • The conducting authority will announce the result tentatively on the last week of May, 2018.
  • The result will be intimated to successful candidates individually through email or post.
  • After the announcement of results on the official website, the university will send a selection letter to the selected candidates.
  • A score card will also be published by the ICFAI University along with the result.
  • Candidates need to enter their application number and date of birth to check ITSAT 2018 results.
  • Candidates need to download ITSAT score card from the official website.
  • Selected candidates have to then appear for counselling at the main branch of the ICFAI University.
  • Candidates need to carry a printout of their scorecard and original documents during the time of counselling.
  • Only those candidates who will qualify ITSAT 2018 examination will be provided with a selection letter so that they can appear for counselling.

ITSAT  (Admission Test for ICFAI Tech) is conducted every year by the ICFAI Foundation of Higher Education, Hyderabad. Through this entrance examination, the deserving candidates get admission in the various engineering courses. ICFAI University offers admission to candidates into its seven branches on the basis of their ITSAT scores.

How to Check ITSAT 2018 Result?

The ICFAI University will send a selection letter to the qualified candidates after the announcement of results in the last week of May, 2018. The steps to check ITSAT 2018 results are as follows:

  • Visit the official website for ITSAT,
  • You will be able to find the link of ITSAT 2018 Results on the website.
  • Follow the link to reach the destination page. It will take you to the page where the results are announced.
  • Enter your application number and date of birth.
  • Click on the submit button to check your result.
  • ITSAT Score card will also be displayed along with the result.
  • Download the score card and take a printout of it for future reference.

Selected candidates need to carry their ITSAT 2018 Score card during the time of counselling.

Details on Score Card

Candidates can see how they have performed in ITSAT 2018 examination when they will get the score card. The details that will be mentioned on the scorecard are as follows:

  • Name of candidate
  • Date of birth
  • Enrollment Number
  • Subject-wise scores
  • Total scores
  • Rank

The scorecard will let candidates know whether they have qualified in the entrance examination. Candidates who will qualify ITSAT 2018 examination will be informed through post or email individually.

Normalization of Scores

Scores are normalized by conducting authorities of many entrance examinations such as CAT for short listing candidates. The scores that are obtained after normalization are converted into percentiles. Short listing is done on the basis of percentiles. Scores obtained in ITSAT 2018 do not undergo the process of normalization because the ICFAI University does not use the process of normalization to shortlist candidates for admission.

ITSAT 2018 Answer Key

ITSAT 2018 Answer Key will be released by the ICFAI University on their official website after the examination. It will contain the correct answers to all the questions that were asked in the examination. Candidates can use ITSAT 2018 Answer Key to calculate their approximate scores. By comparing their answers with the answer key, candidates can determine if they will qualify the examination.

ITSAT 2018 Merit List

Candidates will get to know their subject wise scores and rank from their ITSAT score card. Admission will be provided to candidates on the basis of their scores and rank in ITSAT 2018 examination. The merit list will be displayed on the official website of the ICFAI University after the announcement of results. Selected candidates will also be sent a selection letter through email ID or post.

Cut Off 

Cut off marks is the minimum marks that candidates need to obtain for qualifying in the entrance examination. ITSAT 2018 cut off will be determined by the ICFAI University on the basis of number of seats, number of candidates appeared in the examination and the difficulty level of questions. The University will announce the cut off marks in its official website.

ITSAT 2018 Counselling

ITSAT 2018 Counselling will take place on June, 2018. Selected candidates will be invited by ICFAI University for counselling. Candidates need to report at the prescribed venue along with their original documents.

There are 4 steps in ITSAT 2018 counselling:

  • Registration for counselling
  • Choice filling
  • Verification of documents
  • Allotment of seats.

The documents that candidates need to carry during counselling are as follows:

  • Class 10 and Class 12 Mark sheets
  • Class 12 Pass Certificate
  • Birth certificate
  • Transfer/Migration certificate
  • Score Card of ITSAT 2018
  • PwD Certificate (if applicable)
  • Domicile Certificate (if applicable)

Candidates will be offered admission into various engineering colleges on the basis of marks they scored in ITSAT 2018.
